I went thru drive thru later at night and was unhappy. The roast beef was thick, unflavorful, and gross. The fries were not hot, my burger without bun was lettuce wrapped when I asked it not be, and was told I could not get tots when I used to work at a Hardee's and it takes no more work to drop tots than fries. When I called to complain I was unable to do it the following day so did it the next and I was told that if I would have called the very next day that they would have done something to compensate but wouldn't now. I complained and called bull when she finally said she'd compensate 1 meal. A lot to go through for not much. ☹️ Don't really recommend.

Had an issue with meals at Sartell location called and was greeted by a rude employee who pretty much said i was a liar then handed off to manager who admitted that they had been having issues with the cooker thats probably why my burgers weren't thoughourly cooked and very pink thru out the while inside then he lied to me saying since wasnt local he wld call my local MILACA Hardees and have meaIs comped for me then hung up. He never took my name, order # any info at all other than asking if I lived close. I called to confirm at milaca hardees they never recieved a call but told me to come in and with reciept they wld make it right. The manager Dustin there was so helpful and kind helped to salvage the situation and make it a little less of a bad experience. The milaca location has some amazing staff and they care about their customers experience. Can't say that about most! Every place should have managers like him and not like other locations!

Always love Hardee's food. SO SO very happy they fixed their drive-thru road. Almost quit going there because of it. Feel sorry for new people who didn't know till they hit the many pot holes!

Inconsistent quality of food. First time we went here I had a good burger but luke warm fries. Second time we had fresh fries but both burgers were pretty burnt. Mine tasted like charcoal and seemed like it had been sitting on a warmer awhile. Service was quick and friendly.

They legitimately can't get an order right ever like out of 10 times I've went here. They have gotten my food wrong 10 times I'm sitting in the parking lot Writing this review as I'm looking at my wrong order and I don't even want to go back in because I know they're just gonna mess it up. They just can't get it right literally impossible. Don't come here if you want your food order right.
