Proportions are absolutely gigantic. I've never had sushi this huge before. They do not skimp on anything (even expensive avocado).
Because they're so huge and made to order, the chef did seem to roll them kinda loose and it was a little rough to eat with chopsticks. Partially because I suck at that though.
Would definitely opt for forks next time and a single roll but a very happy customer. So good and fresh.

The food is amazing
Very quick service. I have had their Shrimp Tempura roll many many times and absolutely recommend it.
If you work or live near IDS centre, must visit!
Just love this place! One roll is plenty for lunch, and that’s not typical for me, but their rolls are absolutely packed. The shrimp tempura roll is super tasty with the mango, which isn’t usually something I’d add in. The gal that always seems to work weekdays is the sweetest - I love the food but coming in and chatting with the employees makes me just as happy. I just wish they were open later/on weekends or still had other locations, but it’s worth a little trek for a work lunch!
Delicious, 10/10 delicious

Amazing food and amazing price!
The service is fast and friendly!
I was in Minneapolis for 2 days and I ate here twice. I was planning to eat here for a 3rd time right before leaving town, but I ran out of time.
The 1st time I got pork belly ramen, the 2nd time I got pork katsu ramen. Both were delicious and I love the rich/creamy bone broth. I wish I could have tried their rice bowls which looked very healthy.
If you are looking for healthy, delicious, inexpensive, quick food, definitely come here!
Vegetarian options: You can pick your own vegetarian ingredients for the rolls or bowls.

123 Sushi might be the best deal in the Minneapolis sky way. Their sushi bowls are huge and well worth the great price. I get lunch here around 2 times a month on average. They can be a bit slow during the busy lunch rushes, but it's worth the wait. They also do rolls and ramen. I haven't had these, but coworkers have said great things about them.

I have eaten here twice, one is the most ordered fish rice (maybe cooked salmon), and the other is tempura rice. The delivery speed is very fast, and the rice set is good. I didn't taste sushi. Unfortunately, the high stool is not suitable for eating, and the legs are very uncomfortable.

Stopped here for a quick lunch and the ramen was surprisingly good. I ordered the pork belly and the entire bowl was overall impressive. I think the predominant flavor was dashi/seaweed, however the pork belly was very flavorful. The noodles came out of a package and the soft boiled egg could have used some seasoning (soy bath), but overall I honestly can't complain. The price was about as low as it gets and the service was fairly quick. The entire bowl along with a separate container of broth was nicely packaged up for transport. Overall I'm giving this place a high score simply because they are one of the only ramen lunch options accessible by skyway and the price was super low. $12 for a bowl of near legit ramen is impressive. Go for it!

The woman behind the counter was rude and made me feel like she didn’t need my business, which was odd because I was the only person in an otherwise empty restaurant. Definitely will not be back.

Quick counter service sushi, and can be made to order or from the menu. The quality was so fresh and the portions were amazing! The line was quite long (understandable since it’s so good), but went fairly quick. I will definitely be coming back!

Great spot for lunch during the work day. This is a spot that I regular because the custom sushi rice bowl is well priced and a very reasonable portion of food is given. There’s another sushi place nearby that does a sushi rice bowl too and it’s less toppings, less rice, and less fish for more money. The reasonable prices, tasty food, and good portions will keep me coming back.
The two almost always there running the place are very kind and efficient. Even if there is a big line, you won’t be in it too long, dont let the line scare you. Is good to get there before 12 though if you can.
