I loved this place, but to anyone confused why they're not answering the phone, the building had a fire a little while ago and isn't open.I hope you all can get back up and running soon. I miss the pizza.
Has gotten pricier considering a plain cheese pizza isn’t $5 anymore, and a 2 liter is almost $5 but I still enjoy the food here. Sad that the fire temporarily shut it down, hope to be back soon! Also love the halal options.
This place is a hidden gem. It is in no way comparable to any other $5 pizza I've been to. If you stop in here there's a good chance that the person cooking your food is actually the owner and he takes pizza seriously.
Hole in the wall, but the pizza was surprisingly good quality.
If you're looking for a good quality pizza and good service I recommend this place in a heartbeat and the pizza is to die for

Probably the worst pizza I’ve ever had from a restaurant, still edible though. If you’re on a budget it’s hard to top this place but the quality matches the price (low)
Very delicious pizza.
Finally decent pizza at a good price. Since moving to Minnesota I am so sick of paying $30 for a bad pizza. $5Pizza isn't the best pizza I've ever had, by no means. It tastes good and its worth the price, can't say that about 90% of the pizza shops around the Twin Cities. The most important boxes they check are 1. cooking it at an appropriate temperature so the cheese is browned and 2. the red sauce has sufficient acidity. Most Twin Cities pizzerias use way too much sugar in the sauce, no acidity. Then cook it at too cool of a temp so no flavor comes out in the cheese. $5Pizza is what I would call East Coast pizza, the style of pizza you'll find anywhere from Virginia to Maine.
Don't go to Domino's Pizza, this place is amazing

Hot and fresh pizza for cheap. And it's good. Halal friendly.
