I had the chance to check out Padraigs Brewing in Minnesota, and it was an awesome experience! The quality of the beer is there.... Nitros on tap! The team takes pride in their pour.
Service was excellent. It’s always great when a brewery pairs top-notch beer with fantastic people behind the bar.
Also, important to note....this is no longer the former 612 Brewery. Padraigs Brewing has completely made the space their own, and it’s well worth a visit if you’re looking for a new go-to spot in the area.
Highly recommend stopping in for a pint (or two)! 🍻

Lots of outdoor and indoor seating -- honestly, their outdoor area is the best. Lots of options and its very tranquil for being located in a busy area. Love the location in the same building as Spyhouse and Tare Market.

Incredible place! Loved the facility and atmosphere, this would be the place I would hang out if I lived in Minneapolis. Beer was really, really good. Sampled the Irish Stout, a bitter, a porter, a red, and the ESB. Typical brews you would expect at an Irish / English pub, and they were all spot on for the style. Loved this place. I understand that it was a different brewery / different owners a year or two ago, so if you did not like the previous brewery here, I would highly recommend you try the new one. One of the best in the Twin Cities, and definitely accurate with their beer.

The beer and space is 5 star, but holy hell do they need to sort out their music.
I brought someone here on Sunday (2/2/25), having just discovered it myself, very excited. We walk in and it's nearly empty and BLARING pop music (Olivia Rodrigo, chappell roan, you get the idea). I can barely hear my companion. Super unpleasant and not really fitting the vibe. Anyway that bartender swaps with another, sits at the bar for a while bopping his head to the music, then leaves. As soon as he leaves the PM tender swaps the music and turns it way down.
I cannot stress enough how good the beer is here, but I am nervous to go back now in case I have to endure a pop diva concert just to drink a pint. Not a chill hang. I beg of you, set a max volume policy.
The beer, after trying almost the whole menu, was absolutely stellar. My recommendation the “Foggy Dew” 8.36 abv IPA with 0 IBU. Maybe the most dangerously delicious beer I’ve ever had. Staller work boys keep killing it!
