Great place to go for lunch if you are working downtown! I had the buffalo chicken wrap with waffle fries and it was delicious. Service was great too!

I was alone so I ate at the bar. The bartender was very attentive and the food was good.

Really nice downtown bar/restaurant with good food. The appetizers are great, especially the pretzel bites. Good beer menu and ok service.

We had a group of about 25. We called ahead so they would be prepared. The server was unpleasant and seemed annoyed that we showed up. She complained she was to busy while several tables around us were empty. Was unable to keep the names of the orders straight. The drinks came out at the same time as the food. She could have made way more than the included gratuity.

Good afternoon stop when downtown. Good apps, beer was cold, and lots of TV's to enjoy multiple events.

If you find yourself stuck in Minneapolis fr some terrible reason, there is almost nothing fun to do and if you stay on the street you will be harassed by druggies and beggars, so might as well stop in here and get a bite of food and a drink. It's not bad, but not bad is considered great in Minneapolis.

Great food and services, reasonable prices. Can't ask for much more from a grill.

Displaying a poster of the menu in the bathroom stall next to the toilet is very unappetizing and unappealing. Had I seen this before I ordered and ate my food, I would have left without eating. I had an okay burger and fries. The fries had a coating, you know what I mean? To me, this coating usually means inferior frozen french fries. Great service from the staff. People kept seating themselves bypassing the hostess station. Seems like 8th St Grill was one of the few places open on Sunday afternoon. I heard a lot of guests mentioning they were in town for a conference at the connection center flying in from all over the world. The server had to tell guests who found their own seats that they needed to be seated by a server instead. I even had to ask the bartended how to get food. The atmosphere is not great. Approaching the entrance from 8th street, the place looked closed with dirty windows under a big concrete entrance into a parking garage. Entrance on Marquette is sooooo much better.
