We found this spot on accident! And it has become our favorite place in the twin cities for Birria Tacos & Empanadas! Would highly recommend!

What an amazing restaurant the food was absolutely delicious. I got the combination Guanaca and it was well balanced and delicious. The fried plantain really added an extra layer of texture and depth to an amazing meal. Our server was very professional and friendly and really enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurant. Hopefully if we are in the area again this is a must stop. I will be recommending this restaurant to my friends and family.

I had the yucca frita, which was really good. I want to come back again and try their mojarra frita and their quesabirrias. Their interior has been remodeled and is very nice, with pretty paintings on the walls. I didn't take a picture today, but the interior photos that show up on Google Maps appear to be

Delicious, hearty Salvadoran food. Simple menu. Friendly service. Off street parking. Comfortable dining room. Try the taco plate.

We stopped for breakfast and everything was awesome. Chilaquiles with Birria and a Chorizo breakfast burrito were both flavorful and just what we were looking for on our search for a good breakfast burrito. Plenty to eat and both salsas were great as well.

We ate at Abi’s for the first time, yesterday. It will not be the last! The server was friendly and helpful, and the food was fantastic. We ordered the birria pupusas and the birria chilaquiles, plus a side order of fried plantains. The flavors were fabulous, and when we added the curtido, they somehow got even better. Don’t miss this hidden gem.

This place is amazing, the food is incredible and the service is also top notch. They explain everything too if you've never had Salvadorian food before.
These pupusas are DELISH, highly recommend! We will be back for the revueltas and espinaca pupusas specifically. The curtido was excellent too, fresh, tangy and slightly spicy. My husband is Salvadoran and was very impressed with it all! He also had the Atol de Elote, which Salvadoran restaurants never have because it’s time consuming to make (and he’s always sad about that because it’s nostalgic to him). He loved it! Also, attentive and kind service. This place is worth checking out!
