Ordered food for me and my 6 coworkers and they literally didn’t put two meals in the bag now someone else is having my lunch while I’m typing this. I wouldn’t recommend this unorganized place to anyone ???

Amazing Sambusas and super friendly employees! 10/10 would recommend!!!
It says AFRO on the door but I thought I was in a Mexican Restaurant. I only saw what looked to be Latina employees with Latina music playing. I said I had not been in the restaurant before and they followed up with “well what do you want”. There must have been something lost in the translation. I had to have a customer help me order which I took to go. There were no napkins in the bag. When I asked for the napkins Jessica?? (“Yes-see-ka”) spit “thy are on the table” as if saying “what are you an idiot”? Bad enough we are treated so poorly…but being treated this way in a “AFRO” establishment. Where i go to support and be in safe haven with my people- Wow!! Jesus/Mohammed take the wheel.

I had a great experience at the afro Deli the food is great the customer service is great I'm very fun and light atmosphere I just wish they had a wider selection of desserts other words than that terrific place.

It has been a while since I've visited this location. The spices are still good but it feels like inflation has forced them to cut some corners to keep prices down where they can serve the community. Still way better than a McDonald's or Subway meal but no longer amazing.

Heard about all the reviews and awards this restaurant was receiving so I had to check it out. Staff was kind and helpful with my order. Somalian sandwich and fries are delicious! Will continue to eat here!

Ordered my food through DoorDash for pickup. Arrived later to pickup my food from DD’s promised time. Got to the counter and my order wasn’t even ready for pickup but luckily it only took two scoops (one scoop of rice and one scoop of curry). I dined in after receiving my food. The atmosphere is decent. The food used to be good but I noticed it was bland during this encounter and the one before. I guess it’s quantity over quality now. I like to support small businesses because of their unique/authentic, local taste but.. I will try again in a few months.

Afro Deli is one of my favorite fast casual restaurants. I visit often for lunch and the service is quick and made fresh. I highly recommend ordering the Chicken Fantastic because it is truly - fantastic.

Loved going to the location on east bank and this one is even better. Beautiful open kitchen with lots of seating. Food is always great and at a fair price. Quick and friendly service. My favorite is the somali steak sandwich and their fries are amazing.
