The food is great but the phone service no one picks up the phone. I tried to call and order the phone is just ringing and ringing. I called so many times I got sick of calling because no one picks up.

This restaurant used to be one of my top spots, but over the past few months, it feels like they’ve stopped putting in any effort. It used to hit every time, then it started missing occasionally and now, it’s a miss every single time. And when I try to complain, I can’t because no one working at this American-based restaurant even speaks English. But whatever, I’ll just take my money elsewhere
Some major issues that really sealed the deal for me:
- If you try to speak English to them over the phone, they’ll hang up on you because they don’t understand it.
- Over the past few months, I’ve eaten here multiple times, and more often than not, they served me soggy, overcooked food that I couldn’t even finish. Still, I gave them chance after chance, hoping they’d improve.
- If you make any special requests for your order, they completely ignore it.
- Lately, I’ve noticed the fries tastes extremely stale, almost like the stove they’re cooking on is VERY dirty it affects the flavor.

To be honest, if there was a no star option, I will select that. DoorDash and upon ordering, I noticed that you cannot select a drink so I decided to call after ordering. I literally tried 10 times until I can get some money on the phone and once somebody did answer, they could barely speak English, which is OK but if you guys are not gonna have somebody designated to answer phone call, I feel as though somebody should speak a little bit more English because he was not able to understand and hung up on me multiple times . Once my Food arrived. I noticed that my sandwich was burnt, and that there were mostly burnt pieces of food in my sandwich truly disgusting and very displeased being that this was my break and I was not able to eat during the time Allocated to do so. I will never eat here again ever the total experience for me has been ruined. Tried to call to get my refund back and nobody Also, DoorDash only gave me back five dollars and I paid $20 for this meal . Despicable and disgusting Is all I have to say .
