they have a good choice of vegan options! appetizers like veggie gyoza, edamame, so many veggies rolls, some fruit rolls, my favorite is the minneapolis roll (avocado, cucumber, apple) I wish they’d offer some vegan specialty rolls, but good basic ones!

Visited AMA Sushi on a Sunday evening at 8 PM and was fortunate it wasn’t busy, though it seems it had been earlier. We tried the Scorpion Roll and the Burning Tree Roll—both had large, fresh, and delicious pieces of sushi. We also got the Tibetan Momos, which arrived hot and flavorful. The service was attentive and added to a great dining experience. Would definitely return!

We dinned in on Sunday, roughly around 3pm when dinner hasn't really started. Service was horrible. They did not come by to refill our water nor check up on us. We had to ask for a refill. Food was mediocre. My favorite was the udon noodles, which quantity to price was on a smaller scale. Presentation of food was nice but overall tasted OK. Though Service was horrible, as a courtesy still tipped them 20%. Don't forsee myself returning.
