They have a good selection of menu items. I've had an omelette with hash browns, spicy tenders, and the quesabirria. All were very good (except I didn't care much for the potato chips, and the fries don't look great to me but will try them next) will be back to try as many things as I can!

We were nervous to try this place as it’s near uptown and didn’t know how authentic it would be, but I’m SO glad we tried it!! I’ve had birria in many different places around the cities before, but this one was perfectly done and sitting at the top of my list. The tacos were PHAT! We were so stuffed we barely ate the Fry-Cho’s which were also absolutely delicious and very single ingredient tasted fresh. Will definitely be going back for that Horchata ice cream!!

Enjoyed my food. The huevos mancha with black beans and medium salsa I think it was called, I’m probably misspelling that. The salsa was not spicy at all. Maybe they gave me the wrong one. I definitely want to go back to try the homemade crunch wrap!

Andy's is the bomb! Tasty birria tacos, tamales, omelettes are so good! This is a neighborhood go to for our family. Andy and his crew are so welcoming & friendly! Love the variety they have on their menu.

This place is wonderful. The diner style food is solid but the Mexican food is the star of the show. They have my favorite burrito in the neighborhood. I order it through the ChowNow app and it’s always ready to pickup in ten minutes and perfect. Go here instead of that nightmare of a Chipotle. You won’t be sorry. Prices are super reasonable and portions are generous. This should be the busiest spot in Uptown. Get into Andy’s!

I appreciate this restaurant. I've been here three times. Staff is always very friendly and knowledgable about the menu. They have really good plant-based/vegan options, so there is something here for everyone! Vegan tacos and the burger are both delicious. Quick service and clean restaurant. Recommended.

A tasty (and affordable!) diner that serves pretty authentic Mexican food. The ingredients were high quality; the staff was friendly; the atmosphere was laid-back and inviting with classic diner decor and ‘70s music playing. Guests order at the counter, and the food was ready pretty quickly. I’ve always wished there were more good and quick food options in Uptown in this price range ($10-13). I'm glad I found this place - do yourself a favor and try it out!

The quesabirria was absolutely amazing, especially dipped in the consome! The diablo burger was wonderfully spicy and massive, almost impossible to take a full bite. The spicy chicken tenders were absolutely perfect, a hint of spice that wasn't overwhelming, but gave it great flavor. The fry-chos were delicious too, we topped ours with cilantro lime chicken that paired beautifully with the delicious guacamole. Everybody should try the food at Andy's! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The 50s style diner interior and logo paired with the half Mexican half American menu had me so flustered at first, but I truly had an exceptional meal here so I can't knock it. I'm leaning into the Mexican diner vibes! The menu is split pretty much in half - burgers and birria - and you know where my loyalty lies (it's birria). I ordered online - super slick process - for pickup and it was ready minutes later. They do have quite a bit of seating inside! The quesabirria was top notch - packed full, I could hardly finish all three with the sides of rice and beans. The consommé was flavorful! I ended up getting the machaca for a second meal - this pulled beef meal was noted as a family favorite so I couldn't NOT get it! It was delicious - as was the guac it came with - made into tacos and quesadillas with the handmade tortillas. The machaca alone lasted me 2+ meals! O can't speak to the American fare on the menu, but these dishes were awesome. A great spot in Uptown that will leave you feeling satisfied.

Andy’s is fabulous. They first opened as a traditional diner and have built a vast repertoire of delicious Mexican specialties. Its a treat to be able to choose between American diner breakfast and authentic chilaquiles. However l am mostly here to add that andy’s offers horchata soft serve ice cream. There is to my knowledge no other soft serve place in the neighborhood.

This restaurant has amazing service and delicious fresh food. My Mom and I tried this restaurant out on New Years day. They accommodated us doing our gift exchange and needing extra space. The best part is both my mom and I ate what we craved house made tortilla taco platter and traditional bacon, egg, and hashbrowns. The staff was thoughtful of their customers and had everyone coming in the side door because of the extreme cold.

I'm new to the area, but happened to try Andy's Diner as my first meal in the Twin Cities. I ordered Machaca con Huevos and an Oreo Milkshake, both of which were absolutely delicious. The beef in the Machaca was tender and juicy, and the Oreo milkshake was just as you can imagine: splendid. I then went back just a few days later for takeout and I ordered the Crunchwrap with Birria meat and the person I was with ordered the Quesabirria tacos. Both these meals were even better than the first. The crunchwrap was amazingly crunchy, full, and the tomatoes and lettuce were very fresh. The Birria filling was plentiful, super juicy, and delicious. I also tried my friend's quesabirria tacos and they were perfect, probably the best item I've tried so far. I will definitely be back many more times.
