Ordered the catered Thanksgiving meal. We supplemented our meal with a few store bought items Animales didn’t offer.

Start to finish we were so impressed! Great directions, wonderful flavor and had lots of leftovers. Can’t wait to order again next year.

We ordered the smoked turkey for Thanksgiving pick up and it did not disappoint - extremely easy to reheat and it was probably the best turkey I've ever had. Thanks to Animales for making Thanksgiving a little easier and much more delicious for us!

Moved from Kansas City 6 months ago and have been looking for good BBQ and have been consistently striking out. Then I saw a recommendation for Animales located in the Bauhaus Brewlabs. We ordered their cumin steak sandwich, pimento cheese dip and a BBQ platter. The platter consisted of 4 ribs, 2 large pieces of pork belly and a hot link. Everything was really fantastic Texas style BBQ. Good salt and pepper ribs, rendered well but still moist, ribs had a bite but still pulled from the bone, steak was incredibly flavorful, hotlink had good spice and the grind was really good for a sausage.

I will definitely come back. Hopefully for some brisket or pulled pork.

All I can say is wow. We’re from the St. Louis area and take our bbq very seriously. So, when someone suggested bbq from Minnesota we were skeptical to say the least. This place exceeded all our expectations. The pork belly was 10/10 and the Mac n cheese is 1000/10. I’m very critical of Mac n cheese. This one is creamy, flavorful, and oh so delicious. Would come again and again!!

Fantastic Barbeque. We got the $80 option, came with a full rack of ribs (literally fell off the bone) , two sausages (awesome flavor. It has a good kick... too hot for my wife but 13yo & I loved them), pork belly (delicious) pimento cheese spread (loved it!), and mac n' cheese (delicious). The three of us had more than enough food and every bite was delicious. This was our first time at Bauhaus and we loved the atmosphere, beer, and the food was the perfect pairing to the day. We will definitely be back... we had no idea what we were missing!

I want to start with saying that I love BBQ and my husband makes some incredible smoked food at home but OMG; this is some of the best food (not just BBQ) that I have had in a while. New favorite “restaurant”. I hope they get a storefront soon.
