Hmmm… pretty good. Ribfest offerings were aplenty and the pricing was quite fair. I really liked the mac n chz. However the ribs themselves were very small and therefore dry. The pickled things on the side were an absolute withered joke. Got all three sauces and they all tasted the same (seriously? No white BBQ??) I much prefer the juicy ribs from Boomin. But Boomin and Animales both used frozen corn in their elote salads. Serious question, do you guys think the public is braindead? My first bite was literally still-thawing corn with Parmesan flavor. Dilly beans and banana pudding get full marks. Biscuits definitely needed salt. But seriously. Get it together where it counts guysEdit to respond. Bruh that corn was not charred at all which is necessary for esquites. Hence the frozen vibes. And you know what I meant about the cheese. Cotija or queso fresco, whichever you used.

Food and service do not match up. Food is amazing, service not so much. I have been here a total of 4 times. 3 of which, I would say the cashier was rude (same guy all 3 times). Just short and snotty answers. I do get it, you run a business which can be stressful but please keep in mind, the people you serve, are the ones who pay your bills..

One of the best burgers in town. Great barbecue as well. If you want a burger make sure to check their Instagram account as it is only available on specific days - right now Tuesdays and Wednesdays. And always make it a double!
I got the Mac and cheese with pork belly and it is hands down the best Mac and cheese I’ve ever had. The pork belly was melt in your mouth tender and the Mac and cheese was creamy with enough cheese without being salty. 10/10 highly

I love bbq food it is my favorite food. Two weeks ago I made pork ribs in my oven. Put a Memphis rub on and then later some sauce. They were full of flavor.The Rub on these ribs were tasteless and the meat had no smoky taste. Extremely disappointing since this place is highly rated for bbq. I can make better bbq food on my grill back at my place that at least gives you great flavor compared to this disappointment. The only thing I liked was the pickled cauliflower . The sauce they provided in a cup had way too much vinegar in it to enjoy it. Way over rated. If you want great bbq, put something on your grill and you will enjoy it moreWhat is extremely sad is today Aug 25th I had a brisket sandwich at Casey’s gas station that had smoke flavor and overall delicious compared to a no taste bbq ribs that was made at this bbq joint!

Honestly the food was decent but my biggest issue with this business is their social media presence. It seems they choose to use bully tactics by posting customers comments they disagree with and asking their other followers to go harass this individual for them, but if you disagree they just block your page and delete your comments. Seems a little childish and hard to imagine a business could grow with that kind of leadership and team behind it. Having been a customer since year one of their operations I can say it's not been a place I frequent anymore or recommend to anyone especially after seeing how they treat customers feedback.

I took my dog over to Bauhaus Brewery on a beautiful summer Saturday afternoon. They have a large and partially covered outdoor seating area that was packed out with friendly folks and their dogs. I heard a few people recommending the food from the Animals Barbaque truck parked outside the building so I waited for a slight lull in the line and then hopped up to order a couple of their pork tacos. I’m so glad I did. They were excellent. Freshly cooked with a nice green sauce that sits between mild and medium. Ordering and pickup at the truck windows is straightforward. They take credit cards. I waited just over 5 minutes before they called out my name to pick up my order. I ended up meeting family and a couple of friends who were there today too. It was an enjoyable space to hang out together for a few hours. I saw other orders and everything looked really good. No wonder word is getting out.I paired my tacos with a Bauhaus Wonderstuff Pilsner. It was bright, light, and smooth - a nice summer offering.Kid-friendliness: There were lots of kids there having a good time connecting with friends and dogs of all flavors around the many outdoor tables.Parking: Parking is ample and easy right on site in the free lot.
