We stayed at Loews for the Twins HOF induction ceremony. GREAT location to Target field and more. Friendly staff and the Apothecary restaurant was convenient with quality food. Most importantly, the bed was very comfortable.

Convenient and clean hotel. The Staff were awesome! Valet was the way we went and it was perfect. Super close to target field - just a short walk. Lots of options for food and bars - would definitely stay here again

This Loews was meh and definitely not worth the $200 a night weekday price. They don’t even give you a complimentary bottled water upon arrival and have no self-serve water set-up in the lobby. They do provide free coffee beginning at 7AM supposedly, but on both mornings I was there it was not out at 7 and I walked to a nearby Starbucks instead of waiting . I’m guessing this is why the hotel was a ghost town during my stay. You would think they would have been bending over backwards to provide awesome service for the few guests they had, but I wasn’t even greeted by the hotel desk staff coming to and fro. I did try to talk with the manager, Antonio Peña about my experience, he didn’t apologize and looked apathetic in general. He did take off $15 for a drink I ordered. In conclusion, I’ll take the free breakfast & half the price at the Embassy Suites across the street next time .

Not worth it. I will never come back to any Loews ever. The valet harassed us from outside all the way into the front lobby being loud, belligerent, and trying to cause a scene. I kept my mouth shut and my husband talked to him calmly but he wouldn’t leave us alone while we checked in. We came back to park our car and that same valet blocked us in even though we told him we’re checking in and moving the car right away. I felt it was racially motivated because he didn’t interact with anyone else that way. As for the room, we asked for a high floor and they put us 6 floors up in a 19-20 floor building. Then everything was dirty in the room, the floor, the bed, the towels were all stained. The shower also stopped working intermittently. I’ve had a better experience at any Marriott over this place. The service and experience need to match the high price. What a joke!

Somehow, I arrived a day earlier than what I had booked. It was a business trip and I clearly messed something up. However, the front desk staff were unruffled by my mixup and made me feel like it was nothing for them to fix. They made room for me, offered to hold my luggage and directed me to the lounge while they awaited notification that the room had been cleaned and sanitized. By the time I finished my beer the room was ready to go. The room itself was laid out well, plenty of outlets for my electronics ensured that I didn't have to move any furniture or unplug any lamps to find spots for my laptop, phone and night charger. The in-room HVAC operated great too... the vents are next to and parallel with the large window...the cool air blows across the window instead of directly down on the bed...that's perfect for sleeping! The lounge chair (not the desk chair) with a table next to it was perfect for sitting with a coffee and my laptop in the morning too. Someone thought through the details and designed a great in-room experience. oh... LOCATION! ... there is nothing more convenient for a Twins game than this hotel. It's directly connected via the skyway and just a block away from public train transit. I got from the Minneapolis Airport to the hotel via Metro train for in only 26 minutes and for just $2.00 TWO DOLLARS! Safe, clean and easy all the way around.

I stayed here while on business and it was really great. The hotel is located downtown and was very convenient for the events and places I needed to be. I booked a superior king, but after looking at the website, I was given a grand room with views of Target Field which is directly behind the hotel. It was immaculate upon check in, the décor was tasteful, and the bed was very comfortable. Good shower and a TV in the bathroom! The cosmos bar served a nice variety of cocktails and was the perfect nightly meeting spot for my group. Although I didn't use any of the amenities, if they are anything like the rest of the hotel, I'm sure they were great too. Shout out to the hotel staff who were all extremely friendly and always happy to help. A hotel can be really nice, but it is the staff who I believe make it exceptional, which they did. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was a in the middle of everything you’d want to do downtown. Romar was super helpful with my reservation and when I arrived the room was excellent. The food at the bar was delicious. Super clean and comfortable room.

Stayed 2 nights, with my 10 yr son, king corner room on 18th floor. Location for attending Target Field or Target Center is awesome. It took us 8 mins to get from our room to the gate at Target Field. There are a number of restaurants n bars within in a 10 min walk via skyway. Room itself was well appointed, bed was comfortable, bathroom was awesome. The view was what I hoped for and more. The self parking is easy if you take time to read the instructions that are on hotel website, I paid my parking prior to my arrival, so just scan a barcode to get in/out. The elevator system is alittle confusing the first time, but employees were helpful. The only complaint I had was the room AC didn’t seem to really cool the room down to my liking with the blackout curtains closed during the 90 degree days. Not a huge deal, it wasn’t horrible, more just a preference thing. I would highly recommend.

Very nice downtown hotel! If you are going to an event at the Target Center, this is the hotel to stay at, since it's literally across the street. The hotel is everything you would expect in a high-end choice.

We love staying here when we come for Timberwolves games. The skywalk access is convenient and also attaches to the parking garage we use. Love the hotel, rooms are great and have always been clean. Enjoy having a cocktail on the transfer elevator floor. Our last visit we received a corner room with great views!

The hotel was located in downtown Minneapolis. Staying here I had access to the skyways and the Irish pub. The hotel staff was very accommodating. I will say it is pricey, but if being downtown is a must, I would recommend it.

First stay at this hotel, although I frequent Minneapolis. I only stayed one night. The people were very nice. yes, the pillows are good ones! My room (10th floor) was worn, but OK. Parking is a big challenge, but that's to be expected I guess, right in down town. My biggest problem was that I got in around 8 pm. I didn't want to go out for dinner. i wanted room service. there is no room service menu in the room so I looked it up on line. I ordered the chef's pasta with salmon and a beer. It arrived quickly and was tasty. The weird thing is.....it came to my room as a take-out order. Literally, in a paper bag, paper container, plastic utensils. this (after I was done) cost me $60. i don't get it. No plates? glasses? I've not seen this before and I stay in a lot of hotels.

Our family stayed at Lowes and booked a room so that we could walk across the street to see the Timberwolves Basketball Game. It was easily reached through the skyway. The Valet Parking Service was awesome and the front desk service was great. The hotel was very clean and fresh. I highly recommend this location as it is close to all of the downtown restaurants and entertainment in Minneapolis.

The hotel had a friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were large and clean. Location was great for our experience, near the venue we were attending and right around the corner from the restaurant where we had reservations. The Timberwolves basketball game at the Target Center raised the rate of self parking by $30 and the hotel valet parking was very expensive. The rate we paid for our room was a bit high compared to nearby hotels.

Definitely a good date spot! First off, I had no idea the hotel had this bar until I was brought here on a date. The bar area is so cozy, elegant and low key. The drinks were tasty, well elaborated and the bartender was great at making recommendations! I would recommend this spot if you don't want to deal with the usual loud, messy bars in downtown. This spot is clean and a bit more relaxed. FYI: Paid parking is easy to find around this area.
