Best VENEZUELAN food ever!!! love your homemade sauce. Your sauce machine is amazing. love your new location!!!
Food was really tasty. The pick-up process was modern and interesting. Only gripe is parking was very competitive.

I have ordered on several occasions and the food is delivered burnt, hard or takes more than 35 minutes for a simple order. The quality has gone downhill, it is increasingly disappointing to eat at this place.

Food was good pricy for the type of service and we decide to eat there, but the bad part was we order a poky bowl I don't eat with chopsticks so I went to ask for utensils and one employee refused it and walk away. RUDE a

Perro Caliente Especial was my order.
Arrived stone cold, boiled egg and boiled hot dog (boiled hot dog not a deal breaker but the texture was disappointing), and the potato sticks are cardboard and made this inedible. I was very excited to try this and I ordered via Uber eats so I hope it’s just a one off but I don’t think I can order from here again.

The empanadas were very delicious. They come with free tartar sauce. Although I gave 4 stars to the service, it is not a place to rate the service because the place is made for Pickup (although there is an area equipped with tables in case you want to eat on the site) but they do not serve you at the table, they only give you the order in bags at the counter to take away.

The food was good a bit pricey. Service is ok. Order is digital, and the guy on the counter doesn't have a good demeanor for interacting with customers.
Parking is terrible, full of very deep holes

The attention definitely sucks, if the guy at the counter doesn't like his job it's very simple, just fire him or have him leave but the guy's attitude is disrespectful, his attention and jumping on the counter from one side to the other. Very disappointed to go to taste food from my beloved land and find this type of rude attitude towards any customer, I asked him for the food to eat at the venue, he gave it to me in a bag to take away and the treatment towards me was worse than an animal. , I came from Utah and I wanted to eat something good and that type of attitude really boils my blood.
I'm delighted with this Venezuelan restaurant, the food is very delicious everything feels fresh and the service is very good, I recommend them 100% and give them 10 out of 10.

I give it 2 stars because the food is really good. My boyfriend (who actually wrote a positive review a few months ago) and I ordered the Venezuelan Grill at least once a week. We started ordering almost when the business started, the initial price of this dish was $35 dollars, which we found acceptable for the type of dish and the quantity. However, a few weeks ago we noticed that they kept raising the price. Today we wanted to order and we were surprised that the price went up to $50 which seems like an abuse to us. It's sad because we were frequent customers, now we are two less customers.
