I drove 30 minutes for my free pretzel from T mobile Tuesdays and had a spare 40 minutes, so I thought. They close earlier than the posted time. I asked the very helpful employees if they had closed early and they mentioned that this has happened multiple times just today and that the hours have changed from Google. She apologized and I apologized for that happening to them so often.

This is not necessarily against the auntie ann's in the mall or any particular Auntie Anne's for that matter, but charging almost $9 for a pretzel and a small cheese is just diabolical in my opinion 🤷♀️

I can't review the food because when I'm at the mall, they are closed. They say online here open until 8pm, NO, they're not. Change your hours or obey the listed ones because it isn't fair to potential customers especially when they travel far.

I love their pretzels so much that even a slow or negative employee experience I would probably still rate them 5 stars. This time i had a great experience all the way around. food was hot and fast, employees were friendly. I am sure I will be back.

This was such a bad experience. all I ordered was pretzels and cinnamon rolls. took ages. they said 8 minutes so I left and came back but guess what. THEY AINT EVEN START EM YETT. very disappointed in my favorite food place as you can tell.
Very sorry to say, AND I AM A LOCAL GUIDE, BUT the wait and the service of this Auntie Anne's shop was very poorly handled! There was 3 employees working. One prepping, the other two was just in the back. THERE WAS ONLY 2 customers in front of us and it took them about 30mins to get to us! Very disappointed in the service that was shown today, 4/10/21, and hoping that it would get better in the future.

They did a wonderful job. Definitely made father's day with my daughter memorable. I wasn't really into pretzels until my wife and daughter got me into them. Then my daughter on Father's day decided to take me here. Never really noticed different flavors of pretzels until I came to auntie Anne's. They have a really unique flavor that reminds of fresh baked bread at my grandma's place when I was younger. I missed it. I will definitely be back here for the smells and taste's. Thank you again auntie Anne's you really know what the meaning of the word fresh.
