I love this place! I scoped this place out for 2 years before pulling the trigger and buying their flour. All of the flour is stone milled shortly before you pick it up. Not to mention, the majority of the farmers they source from are local. It's been a dream of mine to source local flour and this place makes that dream a reality. My baked good look and taste better after the switch. Thank you!
Never heard of this company, but I *JUST* found their cinnamon rolls on a shelf at Mississippi Market. I was a PIGGY and devoured them. Best cinnamon roll I've ever tasted in my entire life! I've never seen your products before this, but I will seek them out now!
Love all of Baker’s Fields bread and baked goods, but the star is their freshly milled flour. It is, by far, the best flour you can get your hands on. It has all that nutty flavor and nutrition that has been stripped from generic store bought flour. I no longer live in the area, sadly. But I often have my MSP friends grab a few bags when they come visit me. Grab their pancake mix, it’s delicious!
