Don’t go here. Service and food were bad.

Such a cool place with great staff! The chicken was okay and the dishes aren’t as good as they should be for the price but Jasper and Nicky were absolutely awesome!

I’m only taking a star away because when we went down for “happy hour”, (with a different bartender who’s name I don’t know) we were charged $8 a drink for a super sugary mule and a rum and diet (that was not diet) and to be honest, I’m not even sure their was alcohol in those drinks. We would have been better off ordering shots.

The breakfast is great and if you do the full breakfast coupons it’s a really great deal!

All in all, I really enjoyed it!

I got the smash burger which was not good and also not a smash burger. Not even close. It tasted like a frozen patty.

One positive note: The server was kind and attentive.

For $25 for a burger and fries, I left feeling highly dissatisfied and disappointed.

The experience at the Bank was not great. I made a reservation on for 8 at 5pm. We added 2 ppl at the last minute, so I tried to call, but no answer. I went early to let them know of the change. When I arrived at 4:50 pm the restaurant was empty except for several people at the bar. The restaurant is basically a hotel lobby. There was no other staff, no table set up for 8. After a few minutes a waiter frantically arrived saying that they don't schedule him to come in until 4:45 pm so he didn't have things ready. He pulled some tables together, all the while questioning when I had made the reservation (it was 3 days before). He had us all sit down then handed out silverware. We never did get real napkins. He delivered beverage napkins throughout the meal. We were there about 40 minutes before we got water and drinks. All the food (including apps) came out together a little after 6pm. There were no drink refills and no napkins. Several requests to bring out sides and entrees that were missing. At this time there was one other table of 4 eating in the restaurant. I tried to get help from hotel manager b/c our server and a bartender were the only ones working. The hotel assistant manager told me that the restaurant and hotel were separate so they couldn't help. Bottom line, the food was pretty good. Our server was working hard and was nice, but he struggled with 2 tables. Biggest issue was the restaurant not being prepared or providing support for their staff. It was stressful for all the guests and a disappointing 70th birthday celebration. Also, you need a hotel key to get into the bathroom.

We had a lovely time. Thomas and Roger were personal and attentive. The walleye was delicious as were the juicy lucy sliders. We recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place.

Looking up places to eat since we were traveling to Minneapolis and we came across this cool looking restaurant and decided to check it out. Now whatever expectations we may have had going into it, all of them were exceeded! The decor and ambiance were truly to the nature of the name which was very neat. The food selection was limited when we went as they were doing a revamp of the restaurant menu but that had no effect as we went on the recommendation of the waiter and the food was absolutely excellent! We ordered the chicken and short ribs and both came with mashed potatoes and asparagus which were absolutely delicious. The drinks were also very well made and complimented our courses perfectly. Now to the best part of the entire dining experience, our waiter, Rodger. Rodger was very knowledgeable and such in great spirits, he made you feel very welcome and at home. He was very helpful with our questions about Minneapolis as we were just traveling out of the blue so we didn't really have and idea about the city and he provided great recommendations with not only what to dine on but also night life within the city itself. He also went along with a practical joke I played on my partner and was just a great person overall. I will say Rodger will make your time here absolutely enjoyable and he will make sure you have a wonderful dining experience. 10/10 Recommend and every time we are back in the area we will be dining here for sure and everyone else should follow suit because you won't be disappointed.

Thomas, our server, was amazing and attentive! He talked us through the best options, and even found sparkling water for us even though it wasn't on the bar menu. The fish and chips, however, left a lot to be desired. There was barely any better, and it was over crispy- not the beer batter as described on menu. Beautiful space and booths. No longer have valet out front, so plan ahead for parking. I really love this space so much and hope it evolves back to an excellent place to eat!

Best cheese curds I’ve ever had. Great service. Was only disappointed that the menu online had 10x the offerings of what was actually available when we went. Still great overall.

Very unique atmosphere in the lobby of a former bank. The food and service were good, but the menu is somewhat limited. This is a good choice for a meal while traveling for business.

Came here for a business dinner. It was our first visit. First off, the restaurant was very confusing. Just inside the door we stopped at something that looked like a hostess stand but after several minutes someone came by and told us the hostess stand was on the opposite side of the restaurant. We walked to the other side to stand at what appeared to be exactly the same podium. After several minutes someone did come up and sat us. Overall it seemed they were quite short-staffed. Our waiter looked extremely frazzled and was super slow at getting our drinks and food. He was trying though. It just didn't seem to be a very well managed environment. The food was okay but not what I would have expected based on the website. I don't think I would go back given all the other choices in the area.Interestingly, the charge to my credit card was more than what was on our receipt. I only realized it once I got the credit card bill. I have tried for 3 days to reach someone in the restaurant to discuss and have not been able to do so. No one ever answers the phone. I ended up calling the front desk of the hotel who told me there was not a manager of the restaurant but offered to have me speak to a senior server. She put me on hold but no one ever came back to the phone. I will continue to try but am just really disappointed in our overall experience.

Our waiter was great but they just seemed to be short staffed. I thought it would feel more intimate and upscale but it really felt just like a restaurant in a hotel lobby. The food was very subpar. The options were ok for how small the menu was but the food itself was lukewarm, not mind-blowing, and for the price I would expect it to be at least a little elevated. Another interesting thing is one of the other diners in my party ordered an iced tea and the waiter went to the concession area of the hotel lobby by the front desk, grabbed a Gold Peak, and poured it over ice. Overall, wouldn't recommend unless you were staying at the hotel, don't go out of your way to come here.

It took us over a half hour to place our order. It took an hour and a half to get our food. Staff was inadequate and blaming others for the issues. Food what great once we finally got it.

The worst restaurant and service ever! Do not go! Our waitress didn't put our order in, we waited 45 minutes for a cocktail and then went to the bar ourselves. Our food did not come out together Abs 2 out of the 4 meals were never entered as an order!

Very slow service. Food came out cold. Also need a key to use the restroom and the hotel desk by the restaurant was super rude about it. Had family from out of town and thought they would enjoy but had this bad experience instead
