Best pasta in the Twin Cities?????? Cavatelli with Rabbit Sugo was marvelous. We swapped and tried each others and I was equally floored by all of them. Wonderful service. Our server was friendly and helpful. Delicious drinks and cheesecake for dessert (ate immediately, not pictured). Absolutely will come back- hopefully soon!

We absolutely loved our experience here. We didn't have a reservation & were able to grab a seat at the bar for dinner. I would highly recommend a reservation as it got crazy busy the later into the evening it got.

The bartenders were knowledgeable & gave excellent recommendations. We started with the spiced carpaccio bruschetta; delicious and definitely enough to split for up to three people. The mushroom dish was tasty, however the chili garlic sauce in the chicken confit did take the cake for us. Overall perfect vibes for a date!

Great Italian restaurant. Food was delicious. We had the crispy insalata, summer squash salad with mozzarella, charred red onion bruschetta, gnocchi with cauliflower and gemelli with chicken. All were excellent. Service was very attentive and prompt. Cool atmosphere. Very loud place difficult to hear your dinner partner!

I would move to Minnesota for this restaurant. You’re doing yourself a serious disservice if you’ve never tried Bar La Grassa.

I’ve had a good chunk of things on the menu and here’s what I would recommend time after time:

- Caesar salad
- Watermelon Cucumber Salad
- SOFT EGG & LOBSTER BRUSCHETTA!
- GNOCCHI W/ CAULIFLOWER AND ORANGE
- calamarata w tuna
- Tiramisu

Food was so incredible! We ordered a variety of appetizers, all of them were fantastic! For dinner, we split the crab ravioli with cream sauce, my personal favorite and the veal. Both were delicious. Service was wonderful and right on top of things.

The staff & restaurant itself are great - the food is horrible. The Alfredo comes with dark meat chicken, why? There’s no sauce on the pasta, all of the noodles are stuck together. The focaccia was great on the first bite until you realize you’ve just swallowed 4 tablespoons of oil. Unfortunately wouldn’t recommend. Parking also a pain.
