My husband & I went on Friday night to have dinner & drinks. Sat at the bar. The bartender started off good, but than her service became crapy. After taking our order, serving our first drink and bring out our food, was great but after that, didn't pay no attention to us. Didn't offer us another drink or not even a refill on water. She was to busy talking to the guys next to us and the other side. I had to ask another bartender for a second drink after I've been waiting for 45-1 hour.
I like the setup of this bar. They have a great bar that goes in a big rectangle. Plenty of choices on tap for beers and a full bar otherwise. This place serves food too so you can go there for dinner. It gets packed later so if you want food don't go too late. There is an upstairs area with more seating that is quieter. What really makes this place good is that patio. It's large and has a bunch of heater for colder weather.
Great food and beer. Service is on and off at tables but quick at the bar. Good place for a drink on the weekend nights without it being too crazy or too packed or too dead. Beautiful patio in the summer. Always have a good time here.
I've never had anything less than a great experience here, so I thought it was finally time to leave a review. Great-tasting food at reasonable prices. A fun, lively atmosphere, but still quiet enough that you can easily talk and hear your companions. Happy hour order of Trip Chips & Dip, Veggie Flatbread, Boneless BBQ Wings, and Calamari is the perfect spread.
Would recommend this place to anybody visiting uptown. If you're in the mood to really treat yourself, I humbly recommend the chocolate cake. It's out of this world. This place is very popular on Tuesday nights. That's when I find myself there the most. Its five dollar burger night.
