Got the Springs rolls with chicken. From 1-2p the spring rolls are $2 each. Very good and would go back.

I found it overpriced for food that has little flavor and the ratio of meat to carbs is laughable. I guess it’s a lot of flavor if you’re from the Midwest and think black pepper is flavor or you’re afraid of seasoning. Each time I have ordered different items just to see and each time I’m disappointed so today will be the last as I have given it a handful of tries and I officially quit. My chicken rice bowl should have called Boring Bowl. Where’s the spice? Where’s the flavors? As a fellow Southeast Asian, I’m disappointed it’s incredibly lacking.

Staff don’t communicate that if you get a side of tofu, they’ll charge you the full price for a salad. When a colleague asked another staff how to charge it, he made a face at my order, and with a shoo away gesture told the other staff it’s just a regular salad. They did not look happy to be at their job so I didn’t fight it out of disappointment and shock. Okay food but your dollar will go longer at a more authentic restaurant. In addition, I ordered the fresh spring rolls as well but they forgot or misunderstood and given the reaction to my side of tofu, I didn’t remind them..

I am sorry to give a negative review but the food was not good and I threw it away. Out money and lunch for the day.

If you take the concept of Chipotle (fast casual, build your own bowl), and apply it to Vietnamese -- you have Bep Eatery! I was very satisfied with my food (lots of options) and the quantity of food! There is plenty of comfortable seating and space to eat onsite too. During my visit, I was impressed with how clean all the tables and floors were! Pro Tip: Despite lots of space to hang out, I didn't see a WiFi option, so just be aware of that if you wanted to come here to work.

Truly odd and off-putting service, and mediocre food.
BEP IS BACK! So happy to see the same people and great food back. The food is always amazing and is consistent which we all appreciate. Everything is good and my favorite is the Spring Rolls or Chicken Pho.
Extremely delicious, well priced and the staff are SO NICE.
