Great place to get pho for lunch! This is a Chipotle/Subway style where you can mix and match to create your own pho. Prices and food were very reasonable considering the faster nature of the place.

If you are looking for authentic pho, this is not the place. Downtown location only has the to-go option. Fast and convenient, but not tasty. I had pho with beef broth. Broth was sweetened. Small portion of noodle. Would not recommend in general.

Pho was so salty I had to throw the whole soup away. Mind you it has to be REALLY bad for me to not eat something I paid for. It could have been because I came around closing time, not sure but I’ve also never had pho that has hella oil just sitting on top of the broth. Super disappointing as there isn’t many other pho options in the skyway area.

Last few times Ive been here the beef broth is cold or overly greasy. Also the wait times with only two people working are frustrating.

4 years ago, Bep Eatery was delicious with a full menu. Now, don't expect authentic Vietnamese food. It's all bland and they do not even have proper condiments for pho.

Really great option for lunch! It's set up Chipotle-style (assembly line style) for Vietnamese food and quite affordable. Staff was super friendly and gave recommendations. There is no seating available so it's takeout only. I am in the area for work and has eaten a few too many heavy things so I wanted something soupy and this hit the spot. I got a chicken pho and added on a spring roll for $2. Solid

They supposedly close at 2pm, but several times I have tried to buy my food around 1:40 and I find that it is already closed, in fact I don't know what time they actually close,…

Their fast casual vermicelli salad is a brilliant idea

It’s a little pricey but it was great food and yummy.

The spring rolls were awful. Rubbery and hard to eat. Expensive for mediocre food.

If you're coming here for bahn mi, look elsewhere. It's not offered anymore. This place is takeout only, go eat in your cubicle. That said, the pho was decent.

THEY ARE OPEN AGAIN!!! This is not a drill!! I literally visit this location at least 1-2 times per week. They have the best phó (rare steak is the only way to go) for a chilly Minnesota day, but I usually get the spring rolls with extra peanut sauce. I don't feel bogged down by carbs and it's just enough protein to get me through my work day. The sauce has a little kick that keeps me coming back again and again.

Bep Eatery is simply fantastic. Such an amazing addition to the neighborhood. The menu is really awesome, lots of great choices, I had to go with Spring Rolls, and it was amazing. Team is really welcoming and will help you with anything. Go try Bep Eatery out.
