How the mighty have fallen! If you've been going since they opened you'll be disappointed. No more cloth napkins. The burgers are much smaller and funny they still have a bigggg bun. Service for 5 people was minimal. No dessert available....have 2-3 frozen pre-made desserts. It will make us happy and add a few dollars to the bill. And the worst...customers have to pay for the employees healthcare with an added fee. Look at your bill. Company should pay it. We own a company and paid so do lots of other companies! So, if you've never been to burger jones and stuck in traffic or live near by it's “fine” but it used to be “exceptional.”
Arrived at 12:30pm, which we had a reservation for, and was seated promptly. Restaurant was about 1/2 full. Sat there for 20 plus minutes with no water, no service, no acknowledgement of us even being there. When someone did come, they were very relaxed and casual as if we had just sat down. Food took a long time to come - over 20 minutes. The server checked back with us to see if everything was ok, which it wasn't, 15 minutes into our meal. If they don't check back within 5 minutes, who cares? Other customers were having the same experience as we were. Very slow service. Food is fair, service is terrible.

What a disappointment. I enjoyed this place so much years ago when it was one of the upscale burger pioneers. It has gone tragically downhill. Dirty and dingy. Room temperature burger on a hard, stale bun with cold fries. Inattentive service. So many better options...NEVER GOING BACK.

On this cold night, the restaurant was warm. Our waitperson was very attentive and fun! Hamburgers were delicious. When I ordered orange juice, it was a not real oranges, but we will definitely return.

Best burgers around. They have so many toppings to choose from you almost lose your burger in the toppings. The fries sometime come cold, however, they are always willing to bring out fresh fries.
