The pastries here were to die for! I got the seasonal fruit danish (rhubarb) and my girlfriend got the apple turnover, both were astonishingly beautiful and tasted exquisite! I couldn’t recommend this place more to someone who enjoys sweet breakfast baked goods and delicious tea, it was very high quality tea that elevated the pastry even more. Definitely coming here again when in town and sitting outside for the atmosphere.
If you were to ask me what the best bakery in the Twin Cities is, I would say Black Walnut Bakery is definitely in the conversation. There are a couple other bakeries I still need to try in the area but what I tried here today was not only some of the best French pastries I have had in the state but it beats out a lot of places I have tried across the country as well.

Reeaally good coffee! Best coffee I’ve had in a couple years. Probably best coffee comparison was Union Station Blue Bottle Coffee Washington DC.
