French toast over Creme Anglaise with fresh berries was wonderful. Drinks (Bloody Marys) were the perfect level of spice. Our server (Toffy) was courteous, fast, and very helpful. Atmosphere was peaceful and sunny.

A classy and delectable spot, with friendly and professional service, and beautifully refreshing cocktails. Would be 5 stars, except the 6 oz. ribeye steak I ordered medium-rare came out medium. The server did notice this and offered to have it replaced, but I was quite hungry and it was otherwise deliciously seasoned. It would have been nice to have the steak portion only comped, but c'est la vie, it's only brunch.
Beautiful setting with so much light and warmth coming through. It would be just as beautiful during a thunderstorm! Service was great- very happy with our server! Food was excellent. The avocado toast was so tasty and the burger just as good! Will definitely be back!
my cousin made a reservation over the phone for Friday and was told that we were able to go but when we go it’s closed and apparently it’s closed on Fridays they should’ve told her over the phone instead of letting her waste her time reserving for a place that’s closed on Fridays
The best part was how beautiful the restaurant was! Nothing special about the food. Chicken wings were plain but crunchy! Service sucks..Catching up with friends on her birthday, Asian server told us it was okay to blow candles but it was $5 each to eat our own cake. She then told us we have to leave because she needs to close….
We went on a Saturday. Surprisingly wasn’t busy at all. Just 1 other table.
There is no restaurant signature so be prepared to be lost

There are a lot of older reviews that don’t reflect the current status of Blondette. In its present form, the restaurant is only open on weekends for brunch. We had a great experience here on a recent Sunday. The food was tasty, the service was fantastic, and the restaurant space is beautiful. All the windows let in tons of natural light. The food menu was slightly limited, but the items we ordered were very good. This restaurant is a gem and I hope more people realize it.

Don't let older negative reviews impact your decision to go here. We had a great experience for brunch. The food was tasty, the service was fantastic, and the restaurant space is beautiful. All the windows let in tons of natural light. The food menu was slightly limited, but the items we ordered were very good. I saw other reviewers complaining about the reservation deposit. We had no issues with this. The deposit was refunded almost instantly after we arrived for our reservation. This restaurant is a gem and I hope more people realize it.
What was ordered: Shrimp cocktail. What was served: four shrimp. Of mediocre size for what one would expect in a shrimp cocktail. Either previously frozen or of less than great quality to begin with. Served on a of far less than mediocre "cocktail sauce". Four shrimp + 2 local tap IPAs, two barely-filled glasses Kettle One vodka. Question of neat or on the rocks never brought up by bartender who was quite unavailable from the moment of ordering food up until tab already paid and a tip was now expected, and in a very non-busy environment. The tab for all of this nonsense: $71.67. Acceptable price in a real higher end restaurant, not a hotel lounge. In all my years, I've never left a review of a restaurant or bar. This experience was beyond insulting and warrents a ranting and a warning label. Buyer beware. Don't know why site keeps tallying my rating at five stars after several attempts at leaving a one star rating...very telling. Do better

Sam is hands down the best! If you’re at blondie, ask for her. She took great care of me and made my day. Bright and bubbly, her attitude is contagious. Great job!

This place is overly expensive for what you get. The food is good just over priced. They upcharge for EVERYTHING. We asked for a drink with rum in it, as the waitress told us we could order drinks off the menu. The waitress went back and checked for us and told us they had El Dorado rum, not telling us about the associated upcharge. We were thinking the drinks would cost around the price of the other drinks ($18). We were surprised when the bill came out to see that the price of the drinks were almost DOUBLE. They offered us extra bread for the steak tartar which was an extra $9....mind you, the bread was burnt! The waitress doesn't tell you any of this. Overall the food was good, just not worth the almost $300 we paid for it.
Lovely setting, attentive service, delicious meal and exciting cocktails. We loved every aspect of our date night dinner. Beef tartare, scallops and duck were all outstanding and beautiful. Passionfruit tart also very nice. Don't miss the passionfruit cocktail with bubbles, sidecar or espresso martini. Exceptionally good.
I had to make a down payment for the reservation that was not applied against the bill. And none of the seafood was available on the menu. Otherwise an excellent experience.
I was excited to try this place on our trip to Minneapolis. Overall, it wasn't awful but I would not go out of my way in the future to go here.
The service was quite slow as other reviews noted, but we weren't in a hurry so it wasn't truly an issue for us.
The pommes Anna were incredible - slightly spicy and wonderfully tender. Get this. My companions had the chicken, the scallops, and the steak frites which they all said were good.
I had the duck and had to send it back unfortunately. The duck was quite dry and the l'orange sauce was just weird tasting - it was vinegar-y almost. Here's really the only spot the slow service was such a problem - by the time she checked on us, it was too late to get something else and enjoy alongside my dinner companions. But she did promptly offer me frites (delicious) and remove the duck from the bill.
Another note was that the menu felt a bit disjointed and there wasn't a lot of guidance on how to best enjoy the experience there. Maybe a different organization of the menu to highlight sharing dishes or more side-type items would make more sense. It was just starters and entrees but the server said it was meant to be small plates style. It just didn't work well I guess
