There are a lot of older reviews that don’t reflect the current status of Blondette. In its present form, the restaurant is only open on weekends for brunch. We had a great experience here on a recent Sunday. The food was tasty, the service was fantastic, and the restaurant space is beautiful. All the windows let in tons of natural light. The food menu was slightly limited, but the items we ordered were very good. This restaurant is a gem and I hope more people realize it.

I was excited to try this place on our trip to Minneapolis. Overall, it wasn't awful but I would not go out of my way in the future to go here.

The service was quite slow as other reviews noted, but we weren't in a hurry so it wasn't truly an issue for us.

We went to Blondette to brunch first and loved the food and service. The French toast and omelettes were delicious. As we visited Minneapolis for a week we decided to come for a dinner and we were not disappointed. This is definitely an upscale restaurant and a place for foodies. The portions are not big and it is a restaurant where you order an appetizer, main course and dessert. It is true French cuisine with a lot of creativity.
