I walked into the Maple Grove location today and from start to finish I was welcomed and taken care of!! The owner explained not only the different choices I could make based on what’s popular and personal preference but also how to enjoy it! Delicious cuisine! Everything was unique, rich and complex. Service was great even during a full house. Great Ethiopian jazz completes the nice atmosphere. As if that is not enough, they went out of their way to get our lost keys to us days later!
I had the Awaze tibs, which they describe as a beef stew. It was very spicy and wonderful. I also ordered injera and ater kik. The quality of the food was excellent, as were the service and atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back.
