I had the Awaze tibs, which they describe as a beef stew. It was very spicy and wonderful. I also ordered injera and ater kik. The quality of the food was excellent, as were the service and atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back.
ethiopian food in minnesota is better becous of bole! hands down from the food to service as well as the set up! I recomend the vegie plater im sure you will love it! my friend had the kitfo and he wont stop talking about it.
We've eaten at Bolé in St. Paul. Highly recommend the food, atmosphere and service. Wonderful. A great neighborhood restaurant. You won't go wrong.
