Actually the best meal I have had in a long time!! The pizza was utterly amazing!! The ceaser salad was so crisp and delicious! Got to try the empanadas and they were yummy and reasonably priced. Everything had an excessive yet incredible amount of Parmesan! Made me want to order just a bowl of Parmesan it was too good! Also got churro donuts which were so delicious and topped off the whole meal!! 15/10 will be dreaming of this meal!

The food was delicious! We ordered a pepperoni pizza and empanada. We would recommend the food. 10/10. However, there was zero service besides a cashier. We walked in, sat ourselves and all the seats were dirty (we had to brush off a bunch of crumbs), and went up to the register to order. The only thing they did was bring out our food. Yet they still charge a 18% service fee. No one even checked up on us to see if we needed anything because everything else was self serve. The employees were just off in a corner, talking. It’s not listed anywhere that there’s a service fee too. If they had actually done something to earn that tip, then it would have been a different story.

I used to love this place. Ingredients were fresh and real, the service was good and the bill was fair. Last two times I have ordered to take out, their signature awesome Caesar salad dressing is now like a commercially-bottled ranch dressing. The pizza, had a sweet tomato sauce covering a perfectly crisp and golden curst, sprinkled lightly with real cheese; the pizza is now covered with a greasy cheese like substance; the golden crisp crust is now carelessly charred. Though I picked my order, it is the second time they change me a 15% delivery fee. When i asked about that, they say to call tomorrow and talk to the Downtown manager. I will not go back to this place. Awful food, bad service, wrong bill.

I just moved into the area and got pizza from here for the first time today. I chose the margarita pizza and it was utterly amazing. The toppings are all fresh, and the crust taste nice and seasoned. I ordered pick up and they had it ready in less than 15 minutes which was really cool because I don’t like waiting around in restaurants for pick up orders. I also ordered an empanada which came with a really tasty chimichurri style sauce, I dipped my crust in it and it was amazing. I will be returning to try other pizzas in the coming months.

The food is great! Seriously good stuff. However, the service is non-existent. You seat yourself, then walk up to the front (and wait in line to order). You have to grab your own water from a fill station, your own silverware/napkins, and you even have to bus your own table.
Then, they tack on an 18% service charge (which is then taxed). Why am I paying a service fee if there is LITERALLY no service??
