The food was definitely scrumptious. I will be coming back day in and day out. If you are to come here try there Sambusas and the Philly cheesesteaks are to die for. Service was very polite and easy going. May or may not have a lounge area coming pretty soon 😊

This place is on the rise! I think the name has changed and is being upgraded I used to come for the sambusus and now the menu has expanded and so has the atmosphere for the better... Way more food options and very tasty.... If you're looking for a little area on nicollet Ave that you haven't been to yet check this one out

I stopped by the other day and ordered the stewed goat with rice. Absolutely delicious, authentic melt in your mouth texture with intense flavor. Cooking goat is an art form and they do it to perfection here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for good East African food 👍🏾
Hate to leave bad reviews, but warning, warning ⚠️ First time here, usually go to Akwaaba next door. Was the worst reaction to some food I ever had in my life! DIARRHEA for days!!! The food had an off odor but tasted ok. The food was not made fresh. It was EXPIRED SPOILED FOOD. NEVER AGAIN! GO TO AKWAABA NEXT DOOR! MADE FRESH EVERY SINGLE TIME!
