Food was great. Service was not good place wasn't very clean. The servers were rude sat us down and didn't come back til 30 minutes later with water. Food took 1 hour to come out. Seems like so training and cleaning need to be done.

First time here. Not clean. Floors dirty that give you a bad first impression. when you get in it smells like dirty mop. And man! The restrooms! Disgusting!. It doesn't feel like a good place to eat. Food was good, latinos in the kitchen did a great job!. Lack of cleaning made a bad experience eating here. Definitely not coming back and not recommending at all.

I go there in the daytime for Brunch, it's amazing food and service. I noticed they were open according to Google maps one Sunday evening and realized the dinning area was closed and prior to entering I was charged 20 dollars and thought that was odd and asked the woman at the front why I had to pay to sit down to eat but didn't get an explanation. The menu is very limited and was directed to an area where people were dancing and having a good time, I got my food to go and left. I can say the place looked well run but the crowd was a little too young for my taste. Go there during the afternoon full menu.

Worst service in the Twin Cities area. I will never go back again. I don't care how good the food is personally. I don't know because I never got served.

This place had been on my to try list for a while & I was so excited to go! We packed up 3 small, hungry kids and headed over. The host was friendly and seated us quickly. We waited about 10 minutes to get a few cups of water, another ten for the waiter to come to our table (we ordered immediately as we'd already been waiting a while). After another half hour and a few tables who came after us being served their food, we had to find the waiter to ask about our order (hungry kids get hard to entertain nicely) ? he was nice enough to tell us he forgot & put in our order, which we try to be understanding of but we were literally one of two tables he was serving & the other table was also complaining about their wait... overall, between sitting and getting food, we waited about an hour. The food finally came & we were informed they were out of some of the food, without being offered a substitute or anything. The waiter did take a small discount, but not nearly enough to convince us to go back. The food was decent, nothing special but also not bad. This is all aside from the nasty bathrooms & kinda bleh atmosphere overall. I wanted to like this place so bad, very disappointed & won't be going back.

It took over an hour to get our food because the waiter didn't enter our order. Then, substitutions were made without asking us because they were out of certain sides. Food was fine, service was terrible.

My sisters and I went to celebrate one of their birthdays. When we arrived for our RESERVATION to the restaurant they were not busy, at 1:00 p.m. on a Sunday afternoon. We were offered the choice of the covered patio or to sit inside. We opted to sit outside as they had a DJ and it seemed to be a pretty good vibe. When the hostess walked us out to the patio however they were two or three people at booths and the others were dirty nothing had been cleaned. We were asked to stand around in the outdoor patio and wait. We were polite and patient & took a couple pictures. Shortly thereafter we were able to have a seat and look over the digital menu.Fees:I encourage anyone dining here to ask for printed receipt. I was charged 20% for a large party fee, there were three of us- yes 3! (This restaurant was practically empty, btw) I was charged a hookah gratuity for 10%, we didn't have a hookah. My receipt doesn't account for hookah, so how or why is there a fee? I was also charged a Sunday service fee of 20%, I shouldn't be charged extra fee for booking or attending their restaurant on a Sunday. If that's because they have a DJ on Sunday that's a service this establishment provided, no different than sports bars provide televisions. I ended up paying $25 in extra fees! My server did not allow me to see my complete bill, She just showed me my drink total and my food total on her digital device and asked me to pay on the device. Luckily I sent my receipt to my cell phone number! Dishonest business practice!!!Cleanliness:We quickly noticed there was an abundance of what appeared to be staff members working, it was hard to tell if there were people on staff or Just friends and family working/hanging out. Nobody was identified by name tags or a uniform. Despite the amount of what we will call staff members working nothing was really clean or tidy. There was hookah ash everywhere, on top of the paper towel dispensers, in the corner of the covered patio what looks to be maybe a evening bar setup there was just piles of random items just stacked up on top of each other, there hooka area was unkempt and messy. The flooring on the outdoor patio needed a good cleaning, in between the grooves of the floor they were small pieces of debris stuck in between them for quite some time. Understanding that these things happen it's really the small things that make a big difference. The gentleman who cleaned our table before we sat down did a good job wiping things down however the tables had set without being cleaned off until we arrived. With so many people that appeared to be "working" there, there should be no reason for things to go undone for so long.Service:Eventually a woman came out and said she would get us some waters. She never introduced herself, her name was not on my receipt. All I know about her is that she said she was new to the business. We had some questions about the digital drink menu and we were told that the digital drink menu was inaccurate and that the hard copy drink menu she brought to us was more accurate. She was not able to answer any of the questions about the hard copy menu stating that she had just started working there and she did not know what was in any of the drinks. It would have been great if our server had either offered to print my receipt, or instead of trying to rush me through paying my bill on her device had explained the service fees instead of trying to bamboozle me and saying to skip over entering my phone number for my receipt. I left thinking I would come back to this establishment and give them a second chance. My bill should have been $50 and it was $75! I left this woman a cash tip on the table it really I probably shouldn't have.Food:The food is pretty good (salt, pepper, hot sauce - as needed), I opted for the soul food plate and thought it was fairly priced and I received large portion sizes of sides and 2 chicken wings. A 3rd wing would have been nice, and the wings could use some seasoning both before and after cooking. The greens were tender a

Great place for brunch for sure. I would try other menu items. I had the lobster and waffles and the chicken and waffles. Both were seasoned and tasty. I got a side of eggs as well.
