The manager of this place should look for other work. This cafeteria runs out of food choices and as a patient you are lucky to get what you want for menu choices. They have a poor supply system.

Extremely overpriced. Everything tastes like it came out of a can or the freezer.

I love the chili I come in for it pretty much every shift. The biggest down fault to me are the tables they are never clean. Instead of someone standing at the register on the phone they could be muti tasking in between. Finally food is never dated ??‍♂️ Sorry it is what it is.

I work at Fairview and have dealt with this company daily. I will say that a few cashier staff members are friendly, but others, especially the men working there treat you like trash- they don’t respond to “hello” “thank you” or “excuse me” which is just childish. The prices are outrageously high and were just recently raised even higher. They close often and without warning during normal business hours, and despite them having a self-checkout option and fully-stocked shelves, management is apparently unwilling to make the moves required to get the doors open. When you charge such high prices and offer such poor service to those willing to pay these prices, the least you can do is move things around to make sure you can still open the doors if you get a staff call out.

While Bridges Cafe at the University of Minnesota Medical Center offers a range of options for breakfast and lunch, it falls short for those looking for value and warmth in their meals. The cafe is noticeably pricey, which might be acceptable if the food justified the cost. However, the offerings, especially the healthy options, are limited to cold foods, leaving much to be desired in terms of both variety and satisfaction. Despite its convenient location on the eighth floor and its accessibility features, the overall dining experience is undermined by the lack of tasty, warm, healthy meals and the steep prices. It's a functional spot for a quick coffee or a grab-and-go snack but not much beyond that if you're looking for a fulfilling meal.

Awful. We got there at 1:30 pm. We got 2 hamburgers, chicken burger and French fries and a mt dew. The French fries were cold and dried up. Couldn’t even chew them. The hamburgers and chicken burger was cold and dried up also. The only thing good was the mt. dew and they didn’t make that. Terrible price for what we got. Never going there again.

Whether your a carnivore or an herbivore you have options! It’s a hospital cafeteria not a steakhouse on the upper east side, so temper your expectations if you’re expecting champagne with your meal.I was here for several hours waiting for a family member to have surgery and I found myself sitting at a window seat overlooking the campus eating a salad and vegetable tortilla chili.( I honestly thought it was chicken tortilla soup but hey - I was pleasantly surprised)

All I ever had was breakfast, and during weekdays, when the grill is fired up, they make a mean breakfast burrito.

The worst Hospital’s Cafeteria I have ever seen. I tried their food couple of times and and no matter what time of the the food was terrible. Hospital management should do an action about that. It’s not fair to Patients, Patients’ families and Staff.

Food sucks no matter the time of day. And every one working has some kind of attitude. Stupidly over priced. Go around the corner to Sally's its worth the 2 minute walk.

Prices are way up there. The convenience was nice though.

It's hospital food. You can't expect too much..it's gotten me thru hungry times on the nights I knew I'd be staying there. It's not great, but not bad either. I'd eat there again because it's convenient.
