This is one of the best gluten free and healthy restaurants in the five state area. The food tastes homemade and the dining area has a lot of natural light with big windows and a view of Bde Maka Ska (Lake Calhoun).
My personal favorites are their egg sandwiches on delicious focaccia bread. All the bowls are great too. Their business continues to grow and I’m looking forward to their new Edina store.
The manager, Kyle, is very personal, professional, and greets me by my name. I’m a regular. I come weekly. As a celiac, it’s the safest restaurant around.

Food was over priced right off the batt - then I got my food and it was a little disappointing especially for the price I paid. I got the breakfast sandwich with bacon and it was $21 if you didn’t upgrade the side. The drinks were great - if you’re coming here I would stick to their drinks.

Brim is one of my favorite spots for a delicious vegan meal — the food is consistently great, and I keep coming back. That said, the new process of asking customers for their table number before they’ve had a chance to find a seat feels a bit awkward and confusing. Since it’s a counter-service setup, it would make more sense to assign a number at the register and then bring the food out, like many similar restaurants do. The current approach feels a little out of natural flow with the otherwise great experience.

If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would. I ordered the “franks chicken” dish and it was sooo flavorful and filling yet refreshing. The girly working also was so sweet and was seemingly a one woman show who truly whipped out the dishes and drinks. Couldn’t recommend this spot enough!! ☺️

Great food and immaculate vibes. This place is great for accommodating dietary restrictions! However, I felt like it was overpriced for what I got, and waited longer than expected for the food (about 30 minutes). I paid about $45 for lemongrass curry, a cookie, tea, and the tip. While the food was good, I don't think the space or the dish warrant such a high price tag. Unfortunately, this will keep me from personally coming back, but I'd still recommend Brim for people who have lots of dietary restrictions and find it to be in their budget.

This hole in the wall is an amazing find.

The entire menu is gluten-free. They offer several DF dishes as well.

You order as the counter, and then they bring it to your table. The service is really good and they provide carafe of water for the table. They are spot on with refills.

The only down side is the parking. It's all on street.

There is patio and indoor seating.

It's rare to find a restaurant that has more than one dish my wife can have with her dietary restrictions. Brim has several. It was great seeing her gitty looking at a menu.

Strawberry jam iced Matcha was underwhelming and overpriced. They served it with a plastic straw which wasn’t necessary, unfortunate and wasteful. No real silverware; just compostable, which is great, but classically no composting receptacle, which makes it pointless. The beef bowl was tasty, but also felt slightly overpriced.
Organic dairy, seed oil, free and grass fed beef are huge wins.
Love the concept here. will try again, but maybe not too soon with the price point.
