Love the quiet vibe and minimalist decor. Great relaxing / focus playlist. Espresso on point. Have not tried the food yet but it looks like it’s going to be right up my alley in terms of quality, nutrition, ethics, and taste. Color me delighted! I will be back.
Now if some people could learn not to talk so darn loud, it’d be perfection.
Please never lose the actual ceramic / silverware / glass carafe, blank slate vibe. I dream of a little patio to be in the sun during the nice months… Perfect spot

The gluten free toast was AMAZING. Some of the best toast I have had in years. The food was a tad bit overpriced, but nothing off par of a “nicer” cafe. I got the gamers breakfast and it came out piping hot. The potato’s were seasoned nicely and the bacon was crispy. The eggs were a bit basic and seemed like any normal breakfast spot. The standout was the GF toast for sure. I also got a London fog, but it came with some floral topping and a very strong floral flavor… I would skip or at least ask for no toppings if that’s not your style. It felt like I was drinking perfume. I didn’t get to try the coffee but I would go back just from toast to try it. They had some fun seasonal flavors with classics. We waited maybe 5-10 minutes for two meals and it was a nice and quiet space, could definitely study there if needed.

Brim has some of the best food and yummy drinks in Uptown!! And as someone who’s gluten free, it’s such a relief to have a restaurant whose whole menu I can choose from. Their gf focaccia bread is delicious, their tea and coffee is delicious. They’re always friendly and it’s so cute inside and out :)) so thankful they exist here!! I wish there were more!

Gluten free!! Farmer's Table came piping hot. Potatoes and eggs tasted real. Toast does not fall apart and texture does not feel gf. First dine out meal since coming back from Austria where I could eat wheat there so Brim did not disappoint in flavor or texture. Pleasnt music and family-friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend.

This is one of the best gluten free and healthy restaurants in the five state area. The food tastes homemade and the dining area has a lot of natural light with big windows and a view of Bde Maka Ska (Lake Calhoun).
My personal favorites are their egg sandwiches on delicious focaccia bread. All the bowls are great too. Their business continues to grow and I’m looking forward to their new Edina store.
The manager, Kyle, is very personal, professional, and greets me by my name. I’m a regular. I come weekly. As a celiac, it’s the safest restaurant around.

Food was over priced right off the batt - then I got my food and it was a little disappointing especially for the price I paid. I got the breakfast sandwich with bacon and it was $21 if you didn’t upgrade the side. The drinks were great - if you’re coming here I would stick to their drinks.
