The gluten free toast was AMAZING. Some of the best toast I have had in years. The food was a tad bit overpriced, but nothing off par of a “nicer” cafe. I got the gamers breakfast and it came out piping hot. The potato’s were seasoned nicely and the bacon was crispy. The eggs were a bit basic and seemed like any normal breakfast spot. Brim has some of the best food and yummy drinks in Uptown!! And as someone who’s gluten free, it’s such a relief to have a restaurant whose whole menu I can choose from. Their gf focaccia bread is delicious, their tea and coffee is delicious. They’re always friendly and it’s so cute inside and out :)) so thankful they exist here!! I wish there were more!
