Usually their Pizza is delivered hot and the crust crispy. This time it was not warm at all and the crust was soggy. I called and talked to somebody and they could have cared less. They finally apologized. They thought I was trying to get a whole new pizza which I wasn't. Sometimes places will give you a small credit if they messed up your order.
Going back to my favorite pizza, Sarpinos.

Pizza is always amazing, fresh, hot and delicious! Last time I picked up a pizza from here, there was a drunk guy laying in front of the restaurant in a parking spot. I honestly thought he was dead. My friend and I freaked out and went over to make sure he was okay. Two servers were standing with the door open and yelled at us to leave the guy alone. Extremely rude bar workers, just for the fact on how they treated us when trying to help one of their obviously overserved patrons. Show a little kindness guys! Next time help the man half dead on the street instead of standing there being idiots!
