Honestly I have never been so disappointed. My husband and I both got Alfredo with chicken added. Noodles were very undercooked, the sauce was practically water, and for the price we paid was definitely not worth it. Very overpriced for the very little amount of food you get. I am also disabled, and there was no adequate seating that I could use without being hurt.

Favorite restaurant in all of Minnesota. Been coming here for years and it is consistently incredible food. It is always difficult to decide between the pasta, pizza, or Stromboli - truly never had a bad meal here. Please never change!

I can't speak to the atmosphere of the restaurant, but my order was delivered and I feel like they sacrificed quality because they wanted to close. My order was completely wrong, they gave me a bunch of random bread products as if to just get them out of the store. I didn't order any of them, I ordered a dessert that I didn't receive, and the fettuccine has been very good in the past, but this time felt like it had been sitting out for a while and they just wanted to get rid of old food. Very disappointed 😞

The pasta is exceptional. I’ve been there several times and it never disappoints.

Chicken parm with fettuccine was very good. Only complaint is that the portion was not very big, but it was probably consistent with the price. Italian cookies were very good. Almond horn cookies were great. Rainbow cookie was larger than most but was just ok, but both at $1.95 per cookie were very expensive. I’m used to paying by the pound for Italian cookies. Overall great little spot in a safe area with street parking. I’d go back.

I don't typically leave negative reviews but this truly surprised me. I've had many of my favorite meals at the restaurant location across the street. But my food was surprisingly bad. The Cesar salad may not have had dressing at all, or the dressing was water. A gorgonzola pasta had zero gorgonzola flavor; the sauce was thin and basically read as water and flour. A meatball was sawdust dry. Just a truly surprising experience.

I ordered the eggplant parmesan.
The middle was cold, apparently they didn't microwave it long enough. Every time I've gotten eggplant parmesan elsewhere it came with noodles and the eggplant was breaded and fried and crispy. No pasta with this and the eggplant didn't seem to be breaded or fried. Disappointed.

The staff were very friendly, and the food was DELICIOUS! The pizza crust is so soft, and the toppings were amazing. The pasta tasted like I was back in Italy. Also, the food was ready in no time at all!

Always fabulous food. It’s a reliable standard for us. I’m looking forward to their expansion so there will be more seating available. Being able to buy gifts of great food is a nice bonus too!
Great Italian Market!
Slices of pizza were available on a Sunday around noon. Tasty Pepperoni Pizza.
Next time I will try a Sausage and Peppers Sandwich.
Overall the food is pretty good but some of the pasta dishes (like the pesto) are seriously lacking seasoning and portions are miserable for the price. I paid $14 for a “large” to-go Caesar salad and got a 6”x8” box of lettuce, gated cheese, and croutons, with a small side of dressing. I was so confused that I went back in from the parking lot to ask for a large because I assumed this was a small. Nope! I can think of plenty of other carry-out spots that are $75 for two people but actually leave you feeling full, so Broder’s will hardly be my top choice.
Located right across the cross road from the pasta bar and sells pastries/treats along with other products from the restaurant such as meatballs and sauces. Service was fast, friendly and incredibly helpful. All of the treats we purchased were delicious and also got some salsicce & peppers sauce to bring home. I feel like visiting the pasta bar and the market/bakery in the same visit is an absolute must.
Haven't visited in almost 8 yrs. Moved about 1 1/2 hrs away. Food quality was still the high degree that we remembered. Inside remodel took it to another level.
