They're right across from where I spend my day, so I've given them a few shots but every single time they mess up. And I swear it's not their fault 99% of the time. It's just one employee, hes got glasses and dusty blonde brown hair, maybe a supervisor? But he's SO rude to the staff. Always tripping them up, making them feel bad while they're trying. They always remake, or fix. But if they just listened to how he talks to them it would fix everything.Food 8/10 Staff other than that guy 10/10

Being someone who lived for many years on a small island that just happens to be the birthplace of the modern bagel (manhattan), I can safely say that Bruegger's does not make bagels that rival those made in the homeland. But they come pretty darn close. Slightly crunchy on the outside while being thick and chewy within, bagels made at Bruegger's should only be enjoyed within a few hours of being made. Forget the warmed-over frozen fodder of Einstein's, anything but a bagel-made-the-same-day is garbage in my opinion. Plus--OMG--they don't whip air into their cream cheese! Srinkflation much, Einstein?

Got a to go sammy. They had me in and out swiftly. I'm always wary of bagel sandwiches, but these were nice and soft. When taking a bite the insides didn't spill out the other side!

If I could leave no stars, that would be a valid review of my experience. I walked in ordered, and had to wait 20mins to get my order. The served other customers that came in later, before me. when I finally got my bagel, there was next to no brisket on my smoked house brisket. same for my moms bagel. gotta say, my worst experience ever. so disappointing.

Ran in forward quick breakfast. Ordered three bagels with cream cheese. The order was correct and the staff was helpful.

Don't waste your money, go somewhere else. The manager here she is the worst. She is always in a bad mood, very disrespectful she treat the staff very mean, please get another manager.

We’ve gotten food poisoning from this location. They fail to clean knives and cutting boards when they’re obviously dirty. Random crumbs and other things mixed in with my cream cheese that shouldn’t have been there. The people are nice but they desperately need to up their cleanliness.

Love that they are open at 7:00 on a Sunday. Good selection of both bagels and drinks (both hot and cold and something other then just coffee). Parking can be a pain, with one-way streets and limited on street parking spots.

My partner ordered bagels here and they took over 45 minutes to prepare the order in the morning. They didn't get them the right bagels, she got 2 less bagels than what was ordered, the coffee was full of grounds, and the service was just incredibly slow. Would not recommend, especially if you are hoping for a timely experience.

I went into Bruggers on the U of M campus around 2:30 on Sunday October 22nd. I ordered 2 herby turkeys on everything bagels and when they came out (15 minutes later) they were on sesame bagels. I drove back to the store and said “I ordered 2 herby turkeys on everything bagels and these are not everything bagels”. The person at the register’s response was “Oh… uh we’ll get those to you”. No apology no nothing. I work in costumer service and understand the demands of closing and the frustration with difficult costumers. However, I also understand the importance of costumer satisfaction and having the human decency to apologize when a mistake has been made. I would not have been so upset if I hadn’t opened up my new bag of bagels and found that they were very poorly made and on the smallest bagels possible. I wish I was exaggerating. These new bagels came out in under a minute and I watched as another worker threw together my bagels. Again, I’ve worked in costumer service and I understand the pettiness of giving a rude costumer the smallest bagel or pastry. But I was neither rude or in the wrong. I am honestly just really disappointed in the workers there and how the situation was handled. Do better Bruggers.

Completely unacceptable to wait 40 minutes for three bagels that barely had cream cheese on them. Online orders were far more important than customers like me that walked in the door. The location is filthy. Out of products. No fountain drinks. “Cooler” holding cream cheese tubs is barely cold. Love the bagels but this location is in desperate need of management and upgrades. Go elsewhere unless you have nothing more to do. I get it - game day. But cut the online orders or accept only online orders. Clearly they can’t handle both online and in-person.

i hate to be this person but, the employees lack decent costumer service skills. my first memory here last semester was waiting for nearly 30 min for a bagel with cream cheese (it was busy) but no communication on when my bagel would be handed to me. Today I asked for EXTRA cream cheese and was given a bagel with less than a normal amount of cream cheese. I did not even have time to complain because i had to get to class. a girl just wants a good bagel! don’t recommend this location for anyone

Great place for Breakfast. Highly recommend the farmhouse and twice baked hashbrown.

I used to work at a very busy brueggers 7 years ago and I don’t understand how this location can be so poorly staffed and managed. I ordered a cream cheese bagel and there were about 10 people waiting for their orders yet I had to wait 30 minutes for a cream cheese bagel? Not only did I have to wait 30 minutes for a cc bagel, when I bit into it, it clearly wasn’t baked. The bagel was completely under cooked, no stiff crunchy outside only a undercooked white looking bagel inside and out. Anddd the staff were super rude about it.

The smokey salmon is full-flavored, mildly salty, and just as you'd hope, it carries a pleasant hint of smoky undertones that enhance its taste. The Smokey Salmon Bagel also includes a spread of cream cheese, which serves as a creamy, cooling contrast to the intense smokiness of the salmon. The cream cheese is rich and velvety, and the portion size is just right, ensuring every bite is consistently satisfying. Topping off this bagel are the fresh, crisp capers and onions. The capers lend a delightful tangy flavor that cuts through the richness of the cream cheese and smoked salmon, while the thinly sliced onions provide a sharp crunch that rounds out the texture profile.
