They locked the door during business hours before closing time. I could see the staff inside. Ridiculous.

This is the best location, most consistent. If I can help it I try not to go to any other spot cause this team just gets it. They always remember me and that is rare at a “fast food” spot these days. Love the station 27 team and the work they put in!

Business hours say close at 2, but they lock the door 145....?

Every is always nice and polite and greet you with a good morning and a smile. But I had to use the restroom and got my food and couldn’t even eat it because how do you fix food if you’re using this restroom and wash your hands. This didn’t happen this morning. I did let staff know that the restroom needed attention.

Overall, a nice spot with good service and good bagels, except it's a gamble. 1/4 of the time I get bagels with an unimaginably small amount of cream cheese. It's possible this only happens to me when I order it via door dash. Attached is an image of one half of my Sriracha honey sunrise with almost no cream cheese.

I used to frequent this location at least once a month for many years, but hadn't been to it since before the pandemic. Went in to pick up bagels for the holiday and was frustrated and disappointed at the overall service. Signage for ordering and pick-up is nearly nonexistent, phone orders take priority over customers actually in the store, computerized orders rule how communication with customers is handled, the staff appears to lack training in customer service, and the passive aggressive comment by the young woman fulfilling my order was rude and unprofessional. Used to be a great location...why would I want to return to it after this experience?

I love this Brueggers location. Not only is it super funky and unique being in a fire station, the food is always consistent and I can't leave this place without receiving a compliment from the awesome employees! Seriously, every time, never fails. The employees here are the best!!!

It's right behind my house! We love the bagels here we love to bring our friends and family when they're visiting to get bagels or other yummy food. The staff are all so nice from the manager on down! We love having this place so nearby.

This place is pretty dirty, overstaffed yet completely incompetent and a couple very rude staff. How do you run out of bagels on a Saturday morning at a chain bagel shop. How are you overstaffed yet there is zero competency or communication happening between the 6 people behind the counter. It’s puzzling, albeit not surprising here. I’m told they are out of plain bagels. So I order another kind. Then they are out of those but have the original ones I tried to order 2 minutes earlier. I guess this is normal here and we should say “ok! no problem. you guys are great!” The MN way. No thanks. I’ve tried this spot several times and have issues every visit. Unfortunately there are no other bagels in the city that come even a bit close to NY bagels.

I love the old firehouse location. Twice baked hash browns and western bagels. I wish I could have it for breakfast every morning. My wife would call this sandwich a, "made-right". Thank you cashier and food preparers for friendly and great service.

Parking: The lot is small but the service, food and experience are all well-worth the struggle.

I don’t know why this location thinks they are going to reinvent the wheel on how a Brueggers works.

The computer system they have where you have to place your order at the register, and then the food is made based on the computer, is way less efficient than a normal brueggers, where a person takes your order, makes your food, and hands it to you. Then you pay for it.

The other thing.. they took out all the seats here for some reason?

When I was a kid this was the best ran brueggers I’d ever been too, and such a cool vibe with the old firehouse.

It’s really gone to hell under new ownership. Too bad.

Oh, and lately they haven’t been opening til 7:30? Come on.

Also, you can’t even tell where the line starts at this place when it gets long. And it’s long every single time I come here.

I’m still waiting in line as I edit this review. The 7 people behind the counter have served 3 orders in 35 minutes.

This location is kinda dirty, but the young man that waited on me was the absolute best! Pleasant, made eye correct, engaged in respectful short conversation. This young man truly made my day!

Fairly good service and friend folks… but this place is filthy! It’s as if they never clean - makes me weary of my food and chose another location.
