Slow on getting order completed when busy. I had waited 30 minutes and had to cancel order. I had to leave. It is cold at entrance area where you wait for order in winter with people coming in and out. You have a feeling of not knowing when staff are coming to provide service.

I stood in line for over 20 minutes without anyone coming up to the counter, with a line of 7 people behind me. I let them all get their orders first as they were doordashes and such. Once a worker finally came up and helped them and it was my turn I ordered, not without a struggle, and then asked the black lady-bartender if I could have a beer while I waited for my food. She was busy and rightfully annoyed as she was cleaning out the bar to close soon. But she let me buy a drink and she was really sweet and polite. She made my night better, and her smile made me smile. She definitely added that second star.

Overall I will say do NOT order takeout here. Just go in and sit to eat, the staff are welcoming, although all clearly stressed.

Our server Kathryn, (brown hair), was a fantastic addition to our night. She made the whole dinner experience wonderful. She was friendly, kind, helpful, and always ready to help and always filling up our drinks right as they empty. I'll be coming back.

Staff is rude. TVs are incredibly loud for no reason. They tell you to seat yourself then get an attitude when you sit in the wrong section. Go somewhere else!

I was staying two blocks away from this location for Dr's appointments.. went there to order for pickup there were two ppl in front of me waiting just to order.. I asked them after 10 min how long they had been waiting and both said over 15 min.. there was 4 more ppl that also walked in after me and also asked me how long I had been waiting after 5 min.. During which no one even came to the counter 3 more ppl got there that were delivery drivers 3 min later someone came to the counter and first thing she asked was who's a driver.. and she went to get their orders and service each one first.. looked at the rest of us and said she'd be right back.. came back about 3 min later.. I allowed the ppl that were there to order.. then took my order and two more.. she returned in two min and said my order and 3 others were ready and called for our names.. I wonder how my order was ready in 3 min ahead of the others and how theirs were also ready in a short time.. I found out when I got to the hotel.. both my boneless and bone in wings were rock hard and it could be seen they were over an hour old.. I didn't bother checking while there cause they should have known better.. and I didn't go back since I have a bad heart and limited to what I can do.. I called was on hold for 7 min and hung up on without saying a word.. I called back again after 5 min I hung up since I figured I'd be on the phone forever.. worst food I've ever had from a buffalo wild wings.. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.. unless they get new staff or retrain cause obviously they don't know what fresh is, and are cutting corners..

I’m normally very forgiving on service as I get people have off days… we ordered food for delivery through Buffalo Wild Wings own app, did not get all the items we ordered. The only way to resolve missing items is to call the store. I called and the employee said they don’t offer that item any more and I have to figure it out with DoorDash and not them even though there is no way to do that. Crazy terrible service too to bottom as BWW offers the item to order and then I’m told I can’t resolve not getting the item they offered me. I won’t be ordering here again.

I ordered from here on Uber Eats just now and received the most disgusting good ive ever gotten. I would have been embarrassed to send this out!! Food is not cheap. I got dry, stale, old boneless wings with no sauce. Fries stale and cold. Unimpressed. Do bettee.

I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this restaurant as a delivery driver. Every time I come to pick up an order, it takes way too long usually 20 to 30 minutes or more. Even there’s no communication or update while waiting. This has happened several times, not just once. It really slows down deliveries and makes things difficult for drivers. I hope the management improves their order preparation and communication with drivers

9/17 an order for “Birthday wings” and the 20 wings and large fries was placed ($21 value). The wings had an odd taste and after consuming a few I became ill. I knew it was from the wings so I did not continue to eat them. I received a survey and left a review. The manager, Mason, called for a follow-up and was gracious enough to offer a refund. I was asked if there was anything else that could be done to rectify the situation. I requested the meal be remade FRESH, no charge, when I was able to visit again and Mason stated that could be honored and provided his schedule.

Unfortunately, there were conflicts in our schedules so I called in on 9/28, when I was available, and Mason was not. I provided the above information and asked if the order was able to be remade and I was told yes.

I requested the manager prior to ordering to ensure we were on the same page and she told me the “Birthday wings” were being made to go. We sorted out the details and began my dine-in experience. The manager required me to use the gift card Mason provided. The order was originally paid for in cash so this was his idea of a refund. I decided to utilize the gift card to pay for the order that was being remade even though that wasn’t the agreement. The miscommunication sparked a poor interaction for an already horrible experience.

I’m now writing this review because the server was horrible. She acted uncomfortable during our few interactions, took over 50 minutes to bring out my order, avoided eye contact, and walked past several times without acknowledging me/my table. She did not ask how the food was, did not offer a refill, or a beverage besides water, and only came back to provide my bill. After patiently waiting 50 minutes, the fries and wings were not hot and seemed as if they were sitting for some time. I did not complain, but gave her the fries back to receive fresh ones - she quickly returned with what seemed to be the same batch. When she brought the bill, it was for over $50. I respectfully explained the situation again. In addition, the manager acted as if I was lying and never returned to the table. The food and customer service at this establish is not recommended. I gave it another chance after being hesitant and being treated so poorly made my decision final. I personally will not be revisiting this location.

This place is great if you’re in for wings & burgers, great place to hangout with friends or even solo. Lots of TVs to show sports that are occurring on the time of day. Sometimes parking can get hectic & tight especially during busy hours. Sometimes busy hours could take up to ~20-30+ mins for your food. There is a bar in the middle. It’s a Pretty good atmosphere I love it here especially since I’m a UMN student and this has been my main bdubs spot to hangout with the bois.
