For a place that only does wings their chicken tenders were very disappointing. We couldn't even get through one and ended up throwing them away. They were very over cooked and slightly stringy. The fries were just ok, not good enough to make up for the price.

Waited for 2.5 hours for delivery, which never showed up. 3 Doordash drivers waited and left.

I have not seen such service before😔 me and my two friends and I go together and we sit and wait for the person who serves as one lady she comes and through the menu to us and she goes back and she takes a lot of time and comes back to as she looking by angry face and she asks me what you need I was telling what I need she said I don't hear you what you say I tell again then my friend also tell to her what he needed at the moment she didn't ask what drink we needed then the food is ready someone brings our food when they bring the food the way we order and the way they bring total different then we try to talk her and she ignores and keeps the stand and takes out her lipstick from her pocket and starts to brush her lips I never see such service serious I am total sad I am a customer for a long time but yesterday was different. In the end, we ask a drink she didn't respond even if I never seen such stupid people in front of my face she was very rude.

Our order was missing (not their fault DoorDash forgot one of the bags) manager went above and beyond while being so kind and considerate- and made it right even called DoorDash herself! She was so kind! Definitely will be ordering again thank you for fixing things- most managers don’t now a days.

B dubs sauce is in a tier of its own. Unfortunately, the quality of everything else makes Applebee's look like you were actually "eatin' good, in the neighborhood." Food is cold, they put a kraft single on the potato wedges, and the vegetables look like they just got back from an Apollo mission. This place is also on the wrong side of the B dub bell curve, which just compounds the frustration you will undoubtedly hit in every aspect of the dining experience. At the end of the day, I'll be back.

Vegetarian options: They have items without meat, but "vegetarian options" is a stretch.

I’ve been coming here since the days of Station 19. This specific BW’s has had many ups and downs - mainly downs. With that said today, BW’s has cleaned up its act and is now a place I will want to dine and drink at before U of M basketball games. Bravo to the staff and whomever that has made it to be what it is today! JJ our bartender was awesome!

Well, they must've listened to all the feedback or something. It's now a seat-yourself and order off a QR code to your table place --or-- if you sit at the bar like I did the food and drinks come out really fast. Knocked off a star because the wings I ordered were PUNY but service is great

Was not a fan of my wings being cold I came in around 430pm dec 19 and me and my friend ordered the same thing and wings tasted and temperature felt like it went in a microwave, only thing that gave 4 stars and not 1 is because the server was very nice about it and even asked if I wanted it strikes from the bill and gave us coupons for our next set of wings had he not been so nice and courteous based off how fresh my wings were not this would have been 1 star but it wasn’t best so we were seated and treated quickly will be back again just hope the wings are hot

It was extremely loud in here and the batnrooms were not clean at all and the women's bathroom did not even have paper towels (nor a hand dryer).

But the food was delicious and our server was friendly and fast and attentive.

Oh and the parking lot is ATROCIOUS. if you have anything larger than a mid or full sized suv, I don't recommend using the lot.

Parking: Tiny lot with awkward angles and hard to maneuver in.

Don’t give this place your business. Restaurant closes at 11 pm, we showed up at 10:34 pm and we were told we couldn’t enter because they close doors at 10:30. Then advertise your closing time as 10:30!!! How to annoy your clientele.

Ordered a double rum and diet

I tasted NO alcohol, so Ibasked my friend I was with to taste it.

She said, " it is straight diet pepsi".

Then when paying, server left my credit card somewhere out of sight. Barely, even said sorry when she found my card. No idea where it was, now I have to close my credit card and wait for a replacement.

If it was possible, they'd get 0 stars. We got there at 6:15pm Tuesday and they might have been at 20% capacity. We sat at the bar where not one employee looked at us let alone took any order. We sat there 15 minutes and still NO service. There was a guy staring at his register the entire time (bartender?). He served no one. I would normally say it was bad service except in this case there was absolutely NO service. Why bother even opening your doors? Of course we left.

Ordered online for pickup. I show up and there’s a guy there who said had been waiting for 10 min. I go ask for help and all I get is “they need to see you on camera. If you’re not standing in front of the desk they can’t see you.” All I did was ask nicely and I was met with hostility and a snarky remark. Just horrible service, horrible atmosphere and some employees are extremely rude. Just bad. And I didn’t even eat there!
