There are no servers anymore and everything has to be done on your phone. Then of course the ordering wasn't working properly and trying to find someone to come to your table took an act of God. When we finally got the orders to go through our food all came out at different times, we had four people at our table. We also ordered 2 appetizers we wanted beforehand but they never came out before. The other 3 people in my party all got their food waaay before me and then my wings and fried pickles finally came. By that point no one wanted any of the pickles because they came out so late. Also, ordered a beer right away and the other bartender brought it out right away which was great. But then the giy that helped us with our ordering came brought a beer and then realized I already got mine. He then set the beer behind the bar by the taps which I could see. When our food came he asked if I wanted that other beer on my tab. The same beer that had been sitting behind the bar getting warm. He didn't even offer it for free for the food being so late. BWW used to be one of my favorite restaurants but now it seems every location is just going to hell.

Our server was spectacular!. He helped with our ordering, figuring out the bill, anticipating out need for left over boxes. Superior at efficiency, catering to needs of diners from 7 to 70!!! Top shelf service. We visited sat, mar 2, post lunch rush.

Ordered delivery, half of the chicken was wrong and got ranch rather than the blue cheese I ordered. The half of the chicken that was right was dry and cold.Called the store and will update if the partial refund goes through

WORST SERVICE IVE EVER HAD! I visited this location two weeks in a row, first visit was slow, not many customers, however I got no service whatsoever and had to complain to management. Decided to give a second chance, this time more busy. Regardless had to resort to mobile ordering as I never got service and then waited 15 minutes for a beer. Everything else was great… SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! What have I learned? If you visit this location don’t sit in the booths on a Thursday, the hostess is terrible

We decided to check out BWW with our boys while in town from Wisconsin. Was very odd to seat ourselves on a Saturday night, but the waitress that greeted us when we sat was nice and helpful at first. We were not a fan of having to scan a code with our phone and making our order online ourselves. The whole point of going out to eat is so we don't have to do the work. We were also told we had to order ourselves, because it was "shift change" at 5pm, but we didn't see any servers leave or go. They all just sat at a table in the back together not doing much but talking to each other. Our food came out and all of it was cold, and nobody ever asked if it was good or if we needed anything else. We only saw the waitress again after I paid online on my phone. Definitely need to go to a BWW here in Wisconsin to make up for that experience.

Ordered for delivery and it took over an hour and a half and the food arrived freezing cold. They’re also counting this chunk of breading as one of my 10 wings. Definitely won’t be ordering again. Terrible service.

Really quite great, especially for a bdubs. Food was hot and fresh, drinks were well made and service was great. Really nothing bad to say overall, and was a good place to watch a game or chat with friends.

Went to watch the Football game and have a late lunch!! I had so much fun forgot to take pics!!I ordered chicken tenders,,wedge fries,and the macaroni and Cheese ,everything was delicious,The Waiter was Awesome, drinks full and friendly!!!Kansas City Won the game..Yay. Had a Wonderful time, will definitely be back !!!

I was greeted by some tall drag queen looking thing that looked me up and down with her long fake eyelashes and full blast attitude at the door. Took her sweet time telling me how to do my delivery job, after she/he/they/then etc. called me a liar to my face. No wonder this place only has barely 3 stars. After 30+ years in the service industry, I would not hire that kind of attitude to greet my customers.
