I placed an order one evening and got charged but the store was closed when we arrived. The store changed their hours of operation but not the online ordering. This was frustrating but the next day the manager gave me a full refund and replaced my order with an additional upsized size item. This was more than enough recompensation and I was very grateful. The food was delicious. Excellent service and care and consideration from management

I had a really rough day yesterday and just nothing was going my way. I owed a friend dinner and he really wanted Bdubs. Unfortunately upon returning home from getting my pickup order I noticed about half of it was missing. I called the store and the guy was super apologetic, the order was in the warmer, but he made sure to make the rest of my meal fresh. For some reason that phone call put a lot of things in perspective for me, and I really just appreciate the manager on the other side wanting to make things right. My girlfriend was already on her way home and was able to pick up the rest of the rest of the order, but I could tell that the gentleman was working so hard and I just appreciated the honestly. Mistakes happen, and it’s how we handle them that define who we are. I decided to drop my grumpy attitude all over a simple bdubs order pickup and a gentleman wanting to make things right. It was a hassle, but for some reason it made my day.

I just called 5X and was hung up on. I understand it’s Super Bowl Sunday, I understand you must be crazy busy, however a customer is a customer. Thank you for letting me know my business isn’t wanted, I’ll take my money elsewhere.

I have been to this location over 4 times and every time I am hoping I had a fluke experience before but it's officially the worst B-dubs when it comes to service and food quality. The wings are always burnt or too crispy and dry. When I have spoke to a manager before they said they would make things right on bad delivery order quality of again dry wings. Every other B-dubs I typically have good juicy wings and they seem to care verses this location. I have eaten there 2 times and ordered delivery. The atmosphere is the only good part but even then they never check up on you to see if you need anything...they just sit up front just having a social hour. A lack of care is very apparent with the manager and front workers and seems the back crew don't care either.

Lol this place is kinda janky - but my wings were good so upgrading to a 3 star. I was the only person in the restaurant so I would hope me food was good… they were “out”of a lot of items so downgrading to 2 star. Will try again. Eh could be three but staying safe with 2 cause b dubs is

This place has no business being in Uptown, let alone in anywhere in the world. I am somewhat age-challenged, I have to admit, yet even if you are up to speed on the technological front (Linux runs on a separate partition on my compute-a-machine, hee, hee...), you should be able to walk into a restaurant/take-out place and at least receive a reasonable degree of customer service. These two employees just did not give half a f@c*!The place is nice enough and I chatted with one family that was dining in. They seemed to like it. I just hope that they will be able to fill the rest of the empty spaces. That is what we seem to be having more and more of these days in Uptown, empty spaces.They do have gift cards available. Although, who would you gift? Maybe someone you hate. I went to a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant at one time and ordered the hottest chicken flyers they had. Do not order this. Having spent a spell in Phoenix, heat did not seem to be a consideration. Only a half out of the twelve actually remained fully chewed.If you order ahead and are only picking up or dining in, you may be in luck. Seven of the beers they serve via their vend-o-matic were not in stock. One of the soft-drinks were gone. Clearly a good half of their special sauces were not there, despite the special condiment space allocated for them. If you just walk in, well, you are totally screwed.
