I have been to this location and I have mixed reviews. There are times when my order is correct, and it's hot. Then, there are times like today, whereas my food is cold, my sweet tea is actually Dr Pepper, and the two cookies that they offered and sold to me were nowhere to be found! That's two times in a row that I fell for that one... (Roll the dice, but beware of the 🍪 scam. They'll take your money, but it's doubtful that you'll be seeing any 🍪 🍪 's.

I ordered 12 chicken fires got home and found out they only put 4 pieces in it. But they charged me for 12 pieces. Make sure to check your food before you pull off the line.

Bad service, no one barely speaks any English.
Me and my family to went to Burger King yesterday (12/25) since it was the few things open.
Waited over 15 mins for our food, came out dry and cold.
Went back today was told by the GM she couldn’t give me back my refund and I spent 61.10$ she only refunded two meals asking if I had the food from last night .. they never answer the phone and I’m highly upset I spent my money with BK n they refused to give me my money back smh

Terrible place said system was down simply because he didn’t want to serve me but had other cars in drive through. Plus big language barrier I’m very patient but one night I asked for a fork A FORK it took them four tries to figure out what I wanted and messed up my order the same night and had to remake it three times. I’m def petty and for shii sure already filed a report to the BBB should call immigration 💀
