I went to Burger King on Saturday February 1, 2025 when I pulled in the drive-through the manager and two other staff were standing by a truck smoking and so the whole screen was black and she told me to back up a couple feet. Literally, she was standing right there physically in front of me taking my order and then after they took my order, they went in and made the fools like four staff members. They was all you know conversation doing whatever they was doing around the cash register and then when they made my food. I order a whopper combo meal. My whopper was the meat was still red inside and then the fries had all type of hearing here just pathetically. I would not recommend this Burger King at all I will go anywhere in Minnesota besides the Burger King they’re unprofessional they authorize smoking drugs and they does not make the food great.

Not only did they get my order wrong, but now I have FOOD POISONING!! I've felt miserable all of yesterday and this morning. I didn't expect to get diarrhea and vomit in the middle of the night because I ate a Whopper.
This place needs to be shut down for the safety of everyone else!

Love the lady at the drive thru, she is kind courteous and caring. When I'm picking up my order she greets me warmly and depending on the weather tells me to be safe! Don't let her leave! She is a gem!

They have some dedicated people at this location and they work hard! I ALWAYS get the best and freshest food out of ANY of the other fast food restaurants around the area! ALL of the employees I've come in contact with at this location have been attentive, kind, have good attitudes, and have lots of PATIENCE.! I like EVERYONE here, but so far, the one who has stood out to me the most is Michael, who is usually the one at the window when i come in the morning time, bc #1 he's working the window.. but also bc he was very personable, is ALWAYS there when i come in the mornings, so you can see he must like what he does, is hard working and dedicated, and for us customers who frequent at the same food place all the time like consistency. There's a reason, or many reasons why customers keep going back to the same place to get food, but you certainly wouldn't keep going back to the same location every time if you were getting bad food! I've NEVER gotten bad, old, cold, sloppy food here! It is ALWAYS hot & FRESH. You may have to wait for a few mins for your food, but i guaranty you WILL NOT be complaining when you get/ eat your food! It's quality of food at this location is phenomenal! I appreciate all of you! Keep up the fantastic and delicious work!
