This place says they're open till 11:00 p.m. I showed up at 10:45 in the drive-thru and they told me that they'd been closed for 5 minutes. What a bunch of BS!

This BK has really improved service and they are doing a great job. I stopped going to this one about a year or 2 ago due to old oil flavor, poor service etc. I have gone a few times recently and it's been great! Fresh, hot food and a crew busting out orders

I have continued to give this BK a chance every once in awhile even though 80% of the time there is something wrong with my order. Then they almost never give you a receipt. I found out today when I didn't get one of my breakfast sandwiches that you can't even make a complaint on the app without a receipt. Make sure you get a receipt people.
I went here for lunch. I got an original chicken sandwich with a coke. It was nothing special but I enjoyed the meal. The service was pleasant and prompt.

Why is the inside always locked? It's not even 4:30p and the lobby is locked and the line is wrapped around the corner. They are moving at that seems to be the slowest pace possible. Not to help that the staff can be very rude. What was the purpose of remodeling the inside to have the lobby locked 90% of the time? If there is at least four people working, the lobby should be open. Two in kitchen, one on drive thru and one on front cash. WTH !!! This is really getting ridiculous. I hope someone from upper management is reading these reviews because there needs to be some changes with management and team members at this location. Seriously.

I have tried to order inside and was told that was needed to order from somewhere twice else however, I didn’t understand where somewhere else was, is this location trying to make money or are they trying to make excuses by only getting high? Where is the management that is in charge of this Burger King?
