Absolutely the most disrespectful staff working tonight 05/29/2024 9:50pm. While the little boy in drive-thru was sitting at the window with his back to me flirting with the fake eyelash chicken hugging all on her and her making sure he don't dare pay attention to the customer even after what I presume the manager on duty told him I was at the wi dow multiple time. After 7 mins he finally took my money only to wait another 4 minutes to get my change, no apology from him or anyone else after I was extremely patient with their technical difficulties at the menu intercom. Just to get home and open my original chicken sandwich light lettuce to a mayo chicken sandwich! They had to ha e put a whole bottle of mayo on this thing Absolutely NASTY!! SO.... they have 4 incompetent people minimum working at night! Smh corporate needs to come in and fire alot of people here who don't give 2Fs about their jobs or customer service. The day crew is Absolutely amazing and the food is on point during the day! But these 4 need to be said goodbye to Burger King!

The Lobby was cleaned but the service was very poor and our food tasted like as if it was mixed with other food. The wait for our food was longer than expected when we only ordered for Whoppers and two fries along with two drinks. For a place to be the home of the Whoppers the wait was very long when there was nobody there with us except for three cars that went by and drive-thru. I will never come back to this location as I heard inappropriate talking amongst the employees. I gave it to star rating because of the cleanliness of the lobby and restroom.Kid-friendliness: Not at the frontier besides the inappropriate talking I think it would be a good place for kids.

Did a delivery order and of course it arrived missing items. I reached out right away to their support team on the receipt and they offered me a coupon for roughly the same value of the missing food. I declined saying I just wanted a refund for what wasn't there (ordering from them is very hit or miss most of the time your order is wrong and or missing items). They said they don't give refunds just coupons. It means if I want to use it I have to make another big order (I order for a family of 4) and spend more money there with the hope they get it right or I can do a small order get a fraction of what I originally paid for and use up the coupon. Seems like a scam to me why should they keep my money and not give what I overpaid back

me and my dad were trying to go through the driving through and we waited a good minute for someone to start talking to us and they immediately told us DoorDash only and we were like OK and we were about to leave but then we see a big family of a mom and dad and for kids and they just got done ordering from inside and they all left the place and me and my dad tried to walk in and the door was locked. Then they were staring at us rude I don’t recommend to go to this place and their driveway needs some work done. It’s a big hill and all the cars are leaning to the side, and that is just dangerous and it’s a steep hill So I don’t recommend at all
