Customer service sucks Lady at drive through barely speaks English and doesn't listen when u have a mobile order She never gets order right and there is a translator app on the phone that she can use if she doesn't understand English.
She has charged me for a order for a person behind me when i say i have a mobile order
I can go to any other burger king and ask for my fries to be replaced with onion rings and she tells me i cant.
Idk why i have issues every time come here.

There was about 20 homeless people standing outside the front door smoking fentanyl

This is actually a homeless shelter. There were a half-dozen people sleeping, taking up most of the seating. Others were yelling across the restaurant to continue their conversation and threatening who they suspected of stealing their lost property. Another group was gathered, blocking the entrance. I think they were waiting to use the bathroom or waiting to jump the guy when he came out of the bathroom. From the staff reaction to all of this it seemed routine. There's also several people hanging out outside, blocking the sidewalk. It's generally a hostile environment, so it really doesn't matter how the food or service are

Never received food that was supposed to be delivered by Door Dash and was 1 short of everything according to the picture sent by the delivery driver....
Issued has not been resolved as of yet...about $50 in the hole and the mental stress and hungry tummy....might have to do a civil law suit...
