I don't mean to be rude but this location was kind of... Sus. The poor lady on the register was new and had no idea what was going on, and the what I'm assuming was a group of Latino people working in the back were really sassy and I could hardly understand them. They kept giving my boyfriend and I looks... they over charged us for our stuff... Im almost 99.9 % sure even though I said I wanted to pay a little extra for just a large cup to get an icee, a large cup doesn't cost almost 4 or 5$ and the soda costs more than the icees... By the end of it we really didn't want to be there and we felt like they didn't want us there, especially after my bf went up to ask for refills for our near 4$ icees... Later we both got sick with bad indigestion and suffered the rest of the day. If it sounds like I'm complaining after making a simple request in a difficult situation, I'm sorry but I'm never going back ðŸ˜

The female manager working here is incredible. I’ve been here many times and she always has a smile and Great service. She is running this place better than any fast food manager I have seen! Get that woman a raise!! Thanks guys

This is not a place that you would ever want to eat at. The customer service is horrible. The store manager is supposed to set the tone for the staff and he’s done a terrible job at it. The food is always an issue and I’ve had to go back twice in one day to get fresh food. I wouldn’t even give this place stars. This last encounter that I had with this Burger King today is what forced me to write this review. The experience was so bad that I asked for the district managers information and the store manager told me that wasn’t allowed. I pray that my review will save others money and time by not going to this specific location. What a horrible way to start off such a good morning.

Drove thru for bfast... frenchtoast sticks were warm, not hot and hard. No syrup was given. Has rounds were cold and VERY greasy. Over all worse than expected for BK. Don't have high expectations...just correct order and hot food. Guess too much to ask...

I ordered two, 8 piece chicken fries, for my daughter and I. When we got home, I counted the number of chicken fries in each box and discovered each box only contained 7, instead of 8. I paid for the 8 pieces and 2 boxes, I should have gotten 8 pieces in each! Maybe they're personally giving 7 only thinking customers won't notice.They are such cheaters and thieves!!!
Food is good. Prices are way too high. Really, a whopper meal at $10. I know that's common now but it's not fast food anymore.

Second time coming here since moving. First time I ordered online and they didn't have onion rings so they subbed a fry. Second time ordered at drive thru and the onion rings were sooo hard they were inedible. I came at 4pm and they had probably sat for at least 3 hours. Sad cause I love burger king. It was also my first job! The inside was greatly kept up when I went in there! Can't say I'll go back again after wasting money twice now.
