I really don't like this location. 98% of my trips there end disappointed and without food. I go there for breakfast because I like burger king breakfast the best. They NEVER have biscuits ready. It's always a 15 min wait. They blame another customer that may or may not come in and order them all so they only make enough for him and then they make no more. The fact I can't have it my way at burger king even though that's their slogan. Trust me when I say this burger king DOESNT RULE.

Terrible Manager tonight at the drive thru window he lacked the skills to provide good customer service. I placed a mobile order. It should have included one 8 pc bag of their fiery tots. They gave me plain ones. I tried one tot and the driver tried one. They were not spicy so I returned immediately to the drive thru and the CSR ( fyi he claimed to be the manager) told us to pull around. At the window he asked me for the bag of tots they gave me so I gave them to him and he then had me wait. He comes back, hands me a bag of tots, I take a look and to my surprise there are 6 tots in tye bag, not the 8 it is supposed to be. The guy then had the nerve to tell me he gave me 6 not 8 because 2 were gone from the other order, the order I returned because it was wrong!? ! He also told me i should've known that the tots were plain and he's implying it was an attempt to get free food, to cheat them. This is my first time ordering their fiery tots and he has some nerve and should be reprimanded for his treatment of me and for wasting BKs product. Unless, that is, he has plans to serve those other tots to the next customer which, in my opinion he is so despicable it wouldn't surprise me. He's very rude. His attitude towards me is uncalled for and shouldn't be tolerated by me or any other customer.

Asking for a water cup with your meal costs $0.25 per cup. This is the only place in the state ive encountered this! Ridiculous.
Dining room has a fly problem currently (sept 2024). Flies landing on my face and our food.
Food tasted good and bathrooms were clean. Fries were a bit underdone.

I had the eggnormous burrito for breakfast before my red cross donation. I was looking for something fairly quick and filling and boy did I get both. The youngest man behind the counter was knowledgeable and friendly. It was a great experience Highly recommend this Burgerking
