Jackie was our server for a table of 8 and she was fabulous recommending perfect appetizers to share and main dishes we all enjoyed. She was pleasant even with party members who could be challenging. Thank you for a wonderful evening!
Love the food at Butcher & the Boar, but the service missed the mark. We had a later reservation and waited far too long before anyone came to the table. The bartender seemed annoyed but came over to get a drink order, and our server arrived roughly 25 minutes in asking if we'd ordered yet. Great food, disappointing experience.
Appetizers and cocktails were our favorite parts of our meal. I do not recommend the cornbread side dish for a party of two. Overwhelmingly big single round cake. Sized for 4 people. The restaurant is beautiful. I asked for a quiet spot when seated and we were taken to a cranberry velvet booth way in back. Super happy about our experience.
