Ordered a chai tea latte- tasted like watered down ' something ' - awful. Didn't have time to wait for them to redo it

Great place with a chill vibe. Food was awesome, I got BLT and my fiance got salmon bagel. Coffee had a little weird aftertaste so did my fiance said but I didn't mind it. The chairs and tables need some cleaning. We are definitely coming back.

Nice enough cafe with decent food, good latte, but very expensive for what you get. $7 small signature latte and $19 for a very simple prosciutto croissant sandwich. I couldn’t believe how expensive the sandwich was for something someone reaches into a case for, plops on your plate, and hands to you.

It took 25 minutes to get two cups of over priced coffee. Slow!

My pastry tasted horrible like it was left out on the counter for days. When I asked for a fresh one I was told no verly Ridley. I looked forward to this place but will NEVER come back. Not worth the price and quality.

This cafe doesn’t value workers or their right to wear buttons asking for an end to genocide. Workers deserve to feel safe too!

This place is bustling on weekends, but there’s plenty of seating, and the staff is very professional, and she will not have to wait very long. Don’t come here for cheap eats, as most pastry prices are high but well worth it. Coffee was comparable price to other shops in the area. Only chrome is at the Turkish coffee. It was a little steep and I have had butter elsewhere. Also the interior design is pretty cool!

It would be nice to have an advance warning about the Health and Wellness fee before paying $6.50 for one croissant (and being asked to tip as well). Employees having a gab session instead of helping customers. Won't return

It can get a little crowded, I will warn you, but for good reason. The food was so yummy, and the coffee was perfect. If you go, I suggest you go early to order great food, and get a seat.

I really want to love this place but both experiences I’ve had here have been a bit of a letdown. The Bacon, Egg, and Cheese sandwich is excellent but definitely on the pricey side for what you get. The coffee is quite good too. On my most recent visit, I had the iced Salted Maple Latte and really enjoyed it. I would be more inclined to overlook the premium prices if the customer service was up to par too but unfortunately that hasn’t been the case in my experience. The dining room was probably half empty when I walked in today so it definitely was not busy but I felt very ignored by the staff. No greeting from anyone when I walked in and then I stood up at the register for several minutes before anyone acknowledged me there. Not even a “we’ll be right with you” as I stood there and employees walked by. Once someone did come to the register, there was no “hey, how are you today?”, “Do you have any questions about the menu?” or a “sorry for the wait”. He basically just stood there waiting for me to initiate the conversation. What’s happened to basic customer service? Especially when you’re charging premium prices and then prompting me for a 22% tip. I’m sorry but a tip should be earned through excellent (or even slightly decent) service, it’s not just an automatic in my eyes. Also, despite an abundance of open tables inside, none of them appeared to be clean and no one was actively wiping them down. Hopefully today was just an ‘off’ day and next time will be better.

If I want a cup of coffee I go to Cafe Ceres, they make the best flat white in town. The staff are nice, pastries are delicious too.
