The pork tasted off as well as the meatballs. The steamed dumplings had decent flavoring, but the dough was thick and blegh. My stomach started to churn almost immediately. Food was quick to arrive, but that was the only good part.

Not customer service at all!
I decided to try this place despite the reviews. Big mistake.

Was skeptical because none of my friends really ever talked about the place and the reviews seemed mixed. There's a sign mentioning that they updated their pho recipe, and whatever they did to it, it must've been a huge improvement because much better than I expected. The broth has a really authentic aroma that sometimes other places tend to skimp out on. They could improve their noodles as it's a bit on the spongier side, but the broth makes up for it. The toppings are adequate (they have basil now) and the meat proportions are great. The seating can be a bit cold in the winter, so be aware of that. Other than that, I'd def hit up the spot again, maybe when it's not so cold outside.

I have ordered from here before and the food is pretty good. This time though they messed up 2 out of the 4 orders. I asked for veggi eggrolls and vegetarian fried rice. Itbua busy Friday evening and I waited for about 30 minutes. When I got home, I realized they gave me fresh vegetarian spring rolls, and vegetarian fried rice with eggs! I'm sorry but I do not consider eggs vegetarian. My husband who is a strict vegetarian ended up not eating his fried rice and only had the spring rolls which was disappointing. If you order take out do double check your orders.

The chicken tasted REALLY old, had that icky indescribable flavor to it due to age or freezer burn. Also, the fortune cookie tasted like they found a box in a corner from years ago. Again, very aged with an off taste.

Oyster wings were great. Pad Thai was solid with a ton of chicken. Eager to go back and try the pho or bun options

Bun rieu was amazing, and I wish that more Vietnamese restaurants in town would serve it, but I'll make the trek to Cali's if I have to

Ordered from here through Uber eats.Major delivery issues, which are not the restaurants fault. What is there fault is the blandness of the food. I got the pho chay. The broth had all the aroma of tap water. I paid for extra protein and literally got two pieces of mock duck added to the bowl.
