Caribbean Kitchen Catering did an incredible job supporting a couple of events for our teachers. From the very beginning, they were thoughtful partners in the planning process and made everything feel easy and well cared for.

The food was outstanding — rich, bold flavors that felt both comforting and exciting. You could see it immediately in the room: smiles everywhere, people going back for seconds, and lots of “what is this?!” conversations happening at the tables. The menu brought real joy to the day.

Beyond the food, their team was warm, supportive, and clearly invested in making the events successful. I can’t recommend them enough for anyone looking for delicious food and a catering partner who truly shows up.

Caribbean Kitchen absolutely knocked it out of the park! The coconut curry was packed with flavor and had just the right amount of spice- warm, rich, and perfectly balanced. The slaw was a pleasant surprise and so delicious; I loved the addition of apples and raisins, which gave it the perfect touch of sweetness and crunch. And let’s talk about the peas n rice, oh so good! Cooked perfectly and full of that classic Caribbean flavor that makes you want more. Overall experience? 20 out of 10. Everything from the delivery to the food was on point. Chef’s kiss!

We had mango-glazed beef, Bahamian Mac and Cheese, coleslaw, rice and beans, and key lime cheesecakes from Caribbean Kitchen today for a meeting of office staff at a local construction company. It was a huge hit. The food is flavorful and fresh, and I think everyone appreciated something that wasn't pizza or cold sandwiches. Everyone grabbed one of the flyers Nicholas left behind on the table on their way out. I'll be back soon.

Phenomenal food and a wonderful chef! We had Caribbean Kitchen cater an evening fundraiser at the Windward Fest in Wayzata last month. I was thrilled by the delicious and soulful food, including favorites like conch fritters and little key lime pie tarts. The beans and rice and the jambalaya was amazing too. I saw people going back for thirds! The chef/owner is the sweetest, kindest, most helpful guy in the world too! Highly recommend!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Absolutely love the food here. Nick catered our family dinner over Christmas. Everything we had was well enjoyed by the entire family! The smothered pork chops were incredible as were the mango glazed wings!! The Bahamian mac and cheese was delicious as well. The pork chops were tender, the chicken was juicy, and the mango wings were sweet. Caribbean Kitchen Catering provides a lovely and professional catering experience! This was the highlight during our family Christmas get together. I’m also appreciative of Chef Nick for working me on a rushed deadline. He went above and beyond and I couldn’t be more grateful!

Such amazing food. The chef, Nicholas Hall, catered our Juneteenth event at Land O' Lakes, inc and provided an amazing cuisine. So good, that for Black History Month, we booked him again to host a cooking class where he made Bahamian smothered snapper. It was so delicious. Not only did he provide such a great delicacy, but also gave some history of the country and insight on the cultural influences of the dish. You will not be disappointed in trying the food :)

The Mac and cheese is amazing as was the pineapple pulled pork and coleslaw!!

This place is so great! I contacted them for a catered company event - I reached out to Nick directly to place my order and he was responsive, had great attention to detail, and was very helpful with suggestions. We ordered the pineapple pulled pork, mack & cheese, and caribbean coleslaw - it was SO good. The food had great flavor, the portions were generous, and I'll certainly be ordering again for my next office event!

The food for our event was promptly delivered with serving utensils and everything we needed. I ordered the pulled pork, Cole slaw, beans and rice with the mango cheesecake. All of the food was fresh and wonderfully prepared. I recommend!
