Caribbean Kitchen absolutely knocked it out of the park! The coconut curry was packed with flavor and had just the right amount of spice- warm, rich, and perfectly balanced. The slaw was a pleasant surprise and so delicious; I loved the addition of apples and raisins, which gave it the perfect touch of sweetness and crunch. We had mango-glazed beef, Bahamian Mac and Cheese, coleslaw, rice and beans, and key lime cheesecakes from Caribbean Kitchen today for a meeting of office staff at a local construction company. It was a huge hit. The food is flavorful and fresh, and I think everyone appreciated something that wasn't pizza or cold sandwiches. Everyone grabbed one of the flyers Nicholas left behind on the table on their way out. I'll be back soon.
